How could anybody hate a serrated blade? If you don't know how to use a serrated blade this is the perfect video for you. If you don't like a serrated blade this is the perfect video for you. It just means that you don't know how to use it.SCHF6B is the best of both worlds.

I love the design of the SCHF1. I have always wanted a knife with this design. The serrations make it that much better. The SCH501S is also an excellent choice for rescue work and would be a top choice for my job as a Paramedic.

  • @stevelucier8346

Not an easy decision! Yet it must be the SCH501. So many features I would like to be in my next knife and the "stone washed" look is still my favorite!

Really digging all the Schrade models! As for the serrated knives mentioned in this video I think for EDC I would like the SCH501S but in the woods I would go with either the SCHF1 or the SCH6B. My #1 for this contest would be the SCH501S because I need to upgrade my EDC!

One of the better videos on explaining serrated edges. I never quite got the need for a serrated edge until I visited my son who uses it - he does a lot of carpentry work and the serrated edged knife works faster in cutting cordage and some of the bands on packages of material. I have a folder with a serrated edge. I have 3 Schrade folders, on Schrade "survival" knife, the Leroy and the Little Ricky big knives. Good products.

I personally love partially serrated knives the most and keep one on me at all times. It's especially great when cutting through plastic wrapping some of our material and devices are packaged in. I do have a knife that's non-serrated, that I had to go back to carrying after my schrade knife I bought at a gun show cracked, but I still carry a partially serrated when I carry that one, too

I just like well made knives. Plain and simple. Would be proud to own anything schrade makes. My best find ever was a pre 80's stag handled schrade barlow. I will never find one that nice for 8 bucks as long as i live lol. Keep up the good work!

I have many fixed and folding blade knives. Fine and serrated. My preference for a knife usually lean towards the fixed blade designs. For that I would love to win the SCHF1. But I would love to add a dedicated rescue knife to my gear like the SCHA911. Thank you Schrade for the opportunity to win a great knife.

It would come in handy in my wheelchair bag for many many different situations.
