Great video. No BS review... Love you getting to the point without rambling.. Thank you, you were the only person to show the accessories and options. Thanks.
I have yet to see someone demonstrate how easy it is to take out one of the cards from the middle or if it can hold only 2-3 cards in the chamber....and if it makes a rattle noise at that point
Thanks for the review! I just received mine today and love it. I thought the eject button would be easier to eject, but it takes a bit more force than I thought it would. That's ok though. However, I didn't get the leather case, since I figured it would make it a little bulky. I want to keep my wallet as slim as possible. Anyways, I highly recommend this wallet. Those Ekster wallets are spring activated, but in time, the spring mechanism will fail. That's why I chose the Code 118 wallet 👍
I've been seeing ads for this wallet but I was hesitant to order one because I carry over a dozen cards. You showing off the accessories has sold me on it. Definitely going to consider one now.
I put my license inside the chamber. I put my home depot card or something I don't use alot of on the outside. My license, visa, insurance, AAA, goes on the inside chamber
Back plate!? Leather case!? Well, i didn't know about those. I got the wallet.. that leather case would be a nice touch. Wallets pretty dang cool though. 118!
Great review! Exactly what I was looking for. My only question is if the fanning mechanism has ever popped the card out on its own inside your pocket. I plan on putting in my front jeans pocket. Have you ever had something like that happen? Does it have a locking mechanism on the fanning mechanism? One more question. You said you have had it for around two years now. How has it held up? Does it scratch easily or any other issues in that two years? Again, great, concise review and thanks in advance for any help on the questions above
@bforce1107 it still holds up. I use it in front pocket and it does not pop out on its own. You will love it. I have 3 of them now. 3 colors. Black, silver, and this 3 rainbow color. It does not scratch up easily at all. You are welcome 👍🏾
I don’t recommend using the “two cards in the back” in the leather case because that defeats the purpose of having RFID protection inside the metal case.
I ordered one with the backplate extension however I only received the wallet, no backplate. There’s no customer service number. I have a business and I even have a customer service number…disappointed
I’ve had my current Reebok wallet for 10+ years and it’s become raggedy over the years - I was checking for reviews and it was or the Ridge wallet; I went with Code 118. Good review and like & subscribed.
Hello there! I have not had a malfunction yet on it. You get your cards out by using that switch at the bottom of the wallet. It's so fun and neat to use. I promise you, you would love it!! If you have anymore questions, don't hesitate to ask!!
I like both, it depends. Like, when I go to church or outing, I use the case. But when going to work I don't use the case. I should do that in reverse 😁
How well does it sit in a back pocket with a fat butt sitting on it repeatedly? How well does it stand up over time with intrusion of dirt/lint/debris? apart from credit cards people need to think about what to take off the card-count off the top: Driver Lic, Social Sec Card, Registration, Insurance card, medical insurance card, (add two more if you conceal carry).
Is there anything that stops the cards in the quick draw part from falling out? Like if you were to hold the wallet upside down and shake it will the cards fall out?
No. If you have the leather case, you won't need the backplate. If you have alot of cards you will need the backplate, because it can hold more. Or if you have alot of cash as well, you will need the backplate
The bbb reviews are these are horrible, people say its a scam and never get their orders, no company phone number and they dont respond to emails. I ordered one dec 10.. no update on tracking and its only going from los Angeles ,ca to Tacoma,wa Its concerning

I haven't had any problems out of the code 118 wallets. I have 2, and it still works perfectly as if I just bought it.
How is the wallet holding up? Is the mechanism easier yo use now? If not using, what is your current wallet?
Do cards fall out of you tip it upside down?
@@lemonminge nope, not at all 😊
How do they not fall out?

That's how reviews should be done. Great video.
Great review. Love the leather case. Definitely gonna grab me one. Thanks
This video made up my mind that I just ordered one with the back plate! Cant wait to get it!
You're gonna love it!!!
You may not even get it . Haven't got mine yet
Thanks for the review. Do you store you’re license inside or on one of the exterior compartments?
I put my license inside the chamber. I put my home depot card or something I don't use alot of on the outside. My license, visa, insurance, AAA, goes on the inside chamber
My only question is (from having a standard trifold wallet ) where my driver's license and cwp gonna go?
Awesome review thanks man. Rarely comment on youtube but simple to the point videos like this prompt me to. Thanks :)

Might have to get me one. I already have a spring wallet. This one looks like a good a addition to my arsenal

@@ishmone21Thank you! I’m going to be spending some money tonight.
I don’t recommend using the “two cards in the back” in the leather case because that defeats the purpose of having RFID protection inside the metal case.
Well, you can use a gas card, license, gift card, Blue Cross Blue Shield card, etc. A whole lot of cards you can use that doesn't need the RFID
@@ishmone21 Sure, but you didn’t specify that with warning. Be careful. Viewers are generally stupid.
Thanks for the review! I’ve heard some reviews say the wallet scuffed up their cards after a few months or so, have you experienced that at all?

Great review, but if the wallet is held upside do the cards slide out or do they stay in place?
They stay in place, even if turn it upside down and shake it, it won't fall out
Oh ok nice

It won't take long for them to make more.
They're available now! Just ordered a wallet and leather case today!
@@manoftheyear69how does the leather feel? I was torn between this wallet and the andar pilot
Excellent stuff, thanks for your video review, great info 👍
Glad it was helpful!
What about non plastic cards such as medicare card? Would i stire those in backplate. Could cash go in backplate instead of under the strap?
Yes, Medicare cards will be fine. You could put those in backplate or inside. Yes, cash can go in the backplate with cards or front strap😊
Does the leather case make it more bulky or not really? I want to get both, that case is clutch with a slot on both sides.
No not really, it just gives you a leather feel. It's good with or without it

It is easy to pull out a certain card? Looks like it might be difficult selecting a certain one
Oh no, not difficult at all, I promise you, you will love it
How is it holding up? Do you use it more with the leather case or is it better without it?
On Sundays I use the leather case. It's holding up very well!! No problems!
Great video man
Thx

I use the front pocket. I have the outer shell to put 2 more cards on the outside. And 6 inside.
Great video. Thank you
My card is stuck. How do I get it out? The release mechanism isn’t working
I would get some plyers and pull it out, I've never had this problem before

No, it stays intact😊

if you have the backplate connected to your wallet, will it still fit in the leather case properly?
No. If you have the leather case, you won't need the backplate. If you have alot of cards you will need the backplate, because it can hold more. Or if you have alot of cash as well, you will need the backplate

Those are pivots not bubbles! In back of the cash strap!

No sir!

Does this still hold metal cards securely? My Apple Card always falls out
@jeremypauken8429 as long as it's a flat card, should be fine. But if those numbers are popped out on the card, it doesn't pop out as well
Im thinking when i slide it out of my pocket the elastic will slip out? What yall think?

You can, but I'd recommend the front pocket. Because you can feel that metal a lil bit when you sit down

Still working? As good as the day you got it?
Yes!! Still works great
Does it still work with a low amount of cards? I don’t carry very many
Of course it can
Is it made in the US or in China?
I think it's made in LA
What keeps the cards from just falling out?
It has 3 rubber stripes in the inside on both sides. Very sturdy.
Better than ridge
I think so. But that's just my opinion
