I think of myself as a Sentimental Video Artist, something I've never heard of but that I feel best expresses my motivation and purpose behind my video creations. The goal is to contribute to the documentation of history in some small way, while evoking emotion, memories and nostalgia for fellow humans, well enough to make a living.

Nice shoutout to that Mansard Roof.
From your Charles Brown house video, those seem like a challenging roof system if not properly maintained.

Very exciting to see this new development that actually adds to our beautiful historic urban fabric in the Lou. I'm disappointed to hear you say the garages would sweeten the deal for you though... That is the only huge negative of this project. Cars destroy cities and we should not accommodate them any longer in StL! Taking the horrible 3 car garages away would help bring the price closer to the affordable range as well.

St Louis proper (I'm not talking about the suburbs) has actually managed to "mostly" retain its pre-car urbanity; while it does have three highways going through it, and the area around the stadium does have parking lots, as a whole St Louis has few roads and relatively little parking compared to Kansas City, Columbia, and especially Jefferson City. In addition, downtown St Louis has pretty good bicycle infrastructure and, of course, its yearly naked bike ride.
