    For years and years I totally underestimated single leg riding and in particular how much it may improve general riding control and skills. A few months ago I started to systematically train almost everything I can do with both legs and seemed possible to do also singled legged (eights are quite a challenge) and the improvement effects appear to be dramatic. Though I disregarded single legged braking until I watched this, now it's on its way 👍

    That's awesome, I've been doing pretty much every one of the things lately. The effectiveness and progression is validation in itself, but it great to see this and get even more reinforcement to keep pushing and training these movements/positions! Your ability to lean side to side with full bent knees is really cool!

    One thing I do for practice and testing my agility with any wheel is, its a bit hard to explain, but as i go slowly 3-5mph at first i just toss the wheel left and right causing it to do slight turns by not me leaning but me tossing the wheel itself sideways. The faster I can do this left and right the more agile and good I am with a wheel. Kinda like you do at 4:10 but way way harder. It does not work well with lock in pads, but its a way to force the wheel to go where you want to go, without you needing to lean that way.

    I haven’t watched very many videos but was picking up on a lot of this already. Like you said main leg and not depending to much. I noticed before I had started with a certain leg and was preferring to turn that way also. So I practiced turning both ways and not solely focusing on the single leg. Thanks for the video. Doing great things.

    • @adrenalineaddicted2551
      @adrenalineaddicted2551  Месяц назад +2

      Nice idea for content . I will add this in my list but maybe a little bit later . The easiest way to put powerpads is to stand on a wheel and ask someone to put them in position of your leg ( giving some space for leg moving forward and back ) . Put them in position that is comfort for you . Then you will correct them after some mileage when you will feel what you need

    Great video and tutorial. Still more skills to learn on my side, and it seems easy watching you...
    I'm starting to ride backwards on my training wheel (V8f), and one leg is still difficult, it makes pressure on the leg form inside...
    Sitting riding seems impossible ;)

    I would like to know how you deal with road insurance and speed? Is there a speed limit that you HAVE TO abide to both on the road in traffic and on the sidewalk with these, eBiles, eScooters etc.? Here in Sweden you can not go over 20 km/h. Over that speed you need a moped licence and road insurance and a licence pale. So you you get away with it has in some of your other videos you are doing almost 70 km/h on the sidewalk !

      @adrenalineaddicted2551  27 дней назад

      By the moment there is no any speed regulations for electric transport like EUC , scooters etc . But as I understand regulations are coming . I saw Isthereanyfood"s video where police took away EUC

    8:00 Мирон, треба твій досвід, як на s18 так само навчитись стрибати. Типу я застрибую на високі бордюри, але далеко не так легко
    Плюс хочу навчитись їздити вперед-назад

    • @adrenalineaddicted2551
      @adrenalineaddicted2551  Месяц назад

      на ех30 мені важко стримати , хоча на шермані , який важив 40кг я стрибав майже як на 16х . Я пов'язую це з підвіскою , але це не точно . Типу нема жорсткої основи для відштовхування , а повітряний аморт не може дати сильного відскоку . Але s 18 легкий , думаю на ньому можна норм стрибати . Спробуй піпотренуватись без колеса високо підстрибувати , підтягуючи коліна до грудей . Потім на колесі теж підтягуй колесо вверх згибаючи коліна . Так стрибок буде вище

    Great video! Like and subscribe! My 2 cents try riding more with expert riders. Some of your techniques are not accurate. #1 is a good exercise, however you need to keep your head up! Don’t look at the wheel while doing it 😄. #2 hard breaking… Siting in a chair yes, but you also need to pull your torso FORWARD like in yoga chair pose. You can watch the Spanish racers and see how they sit and pull themselves forward as hard as possible. Good luck on your EUC journey and see you on the wheel! 🚀⚡️🔥

    • @adrenalineaddicted2551
      @adrenalineaddicted2551  Месяц назад

      Thanks ! I agree you have to look forward while moving slow , but pulling chest forward while breaking makes no sense . You just make braking less effective . I watched Zen Lees last race and their back is vertical while breaking . When they combine breaking and turning , they can pull chest forward , but straight breaking not

      The chest is pulled forward for 2 reasons. #1 it gives much greater stability will less wobbles as it forces you to sit deeper. #2 It allows for engaging the turns with much more power and acceleration. If you watched Psycho, he is literally touching the floor while turning with a deep knee bend and chest pulling forward has hard as he can.
