More Heart please!! Even It Up, Straight On, Heartless, Magazine, Dream of the Archer, Kick It Out, White Lightning and Wine, Love Alive, Mistral Wind, Bebe Le Strange, City's Burning, Black on Black... They've got soooooo many more great songs!! Extraordinarily great band that deserves much more love
I completely agree, "Love Alive" is a beautiful Masterpiece Ballad, be sure to do "Sylvan Song", and "Dream Of The Archer" together. The entire album is a Masterpiece.
Biz: The bassist and drummer are fantastic here. A rhythm section so on top of things means these sisters can go anywhere musically that their hearts desire. It's what's so great about having a band as opposed to a singer, producer and a bunch of session players. Thanks so much for continuing to enshrine their art in my headphones.
The influence of Led Zeppelin and Aerosmith on the sound of "Little Queen" is unmistakable. For more bangers like that from Heart, check out "Straight On", "Bebe Le Strange", and "Heartless". And for a couple of ballads that were hits for them back when, check out "Dreamboat Annie" and "Dog & Butterfly". I saw them in concert in 1982. It was a great show.
Bringing back my days of youth cruising around with my Mom in her 1973 Grand Torino in the summer of 1977 jamming this on cassette tape. I was 10 years old ☝️🔥
Yes! This is their title track from their second album. It’s so different than their first album but just as good. Try Sylvan Song/Dream of the Archer for some kickass acoustic music with mandolins and acoustic guitars Their B sides are better than most band’s A sides. 🔥❤️✌️
Even it up, Kick it out, Dog & Butterfly, Dream Boat Annie, Straight on for you. 😊 Yes, the original band members were tight and extremely talented, Ann & Nancy = Pure Magic!❣
Yes. Please make sure to do Sylvan Song and Dream of the Archer together, White Lightning and Wine, Love Alive, Kick it Out, Straight On, Bebe Le Strange, Even it Up, Dog & Butterfly.
Back in the day, Heart was the perfect compliment to what Zeppelin was doing, at the same time, across the pond. The influences from Zep are fairly obvious, and remarkable. Thumbs up Bizz! 🤘😎
BIzMatik I saw your reaction to Little Queen, one of my favorite Heart songs. It is impossible to have a Favorite Heart song in my opinion. There are too many good songs. Their first album is a banger all by itself. I thought you might like to see them perform the song live. This one is at Cal Jam II in 1978. It starts out a little different, but it is very much the same song. And Ann scorches on the vocals sometimes. Here is the link. If you copy it into a new URL field, select the one that has youtube in it if it shows up. It should say it is by thebandheart and take you right to youtube. Otherwise, you get a generic page with different links. Enjoy!
Cool tune. Haven’t heard this one in a while. You can tell the guitar player was listening and borrowing from Jeff Beck snd Rik Derringer before the 2nd verse even drops; Beck’s “Led Boots” and Derringer’s “Rock snd roll hoochie-coo” tribute in the guitars. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I first owned this way back on 8 track tape! Wore it out ! My husband went to school with the Wilson sisters and we saw them in clubs round Seattle a lot! They both have great harmonious vocals and are prolific musicians. Nancy guitar playing kicks ass. Ann plays a killer flute. Videos live from Sky church/ Seattle are really the best. They covered a lot of Led Zepplin in their shows. Here's " these dreams " showcases Nancy vocal and Ann harmony. ruclips.net/video/0DLeH2FWFTE/видео.html
💯 That's what I'm trying to tell everyone, but they aren't listening. OH WELL.? I love them so much😂 Check out the original recording of Cook with Fire. It Sounds live but it isn't...its amazing.❤
Dude, if you really like these dirty, bluesy, heavy Heart tunes you should check out "Devil Delight" from 1978 off Magazine (the album). Based on your liking Sing Child and Little Queen, you'll absolutely love Devil Delight. If you want to hear something heavier, more metalesque check out "Black on Black" from 1993's Desire Walks On album. I think I'm picking up on your taste and I know you'll like both of those tunes.
“Even It Up” or “Kick It Out” are both great songs 🔥🔥
Yes these!
White Lightning & Wine!
Agree with White Lightening and Wine
More Heart please!! They've got soooooo many more great songs!! Extraordinarily great band that deserves much more love
Ann Wilson, Janis Joplin, Pat Benatar, Stevie Nicks... Rock Goddesses.
Early Heart was SOOO good.
yep wasn't such a fan of the 80s stuff but the 70s stuff is awesome
Heart's drummer had _so_ many tasty fills. I think he's in the league of Bonham in terms of being vital to the success of a given song.
Your name is a 100! Great comment content commentatron2000!
❤️🤘🏼

I agree

Heart brings it for sure. Little Queen and Sing Child are both fire tracks ✌
Yes! Heart is everything! Don’t stop, Biz. There’s more.

Don't set Nancy aside, she's one of the guitars.

"love alive" by heart..woooooow !!
The slow part after the second verse always reminded me of the Aerosmith song Kings and Queens. Thx for another great song and reaction Biz
That’s another song Biz needs to do sometime along with “Nobody’s Fault” from the “Rocks” album 🔥🔥
@@vickieray Biz must listen to the 2 best Aerosmith albums--Toys In The Attic and Rocks.
@@j.d.leslie8458 Agreed 100%!

try DEVIL'S DELIGHT by Heart
Biz, ANN does most of vocals, she has the iconic voice in rock while NANCEY does the guitar work.
My routine is LOVE ALIVE then LITTLE QUEEN, but nobody knows my melancholy mind.
I wish you would do an album revue of Heart. Dreamboat Annie would be a great start.
Nice buddy! Deep cut. 😃🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Yo biz. Anotha one. Wilson sisters rock
Back in the day, Heart was the perfect compliment to what Zeppelin was doing, at the same time, across the pond. The influences from Zep are fairly obvious, and remarkable. Thumbs up Bizz! 🤘😎
