That's untrue I went to vegas last year and I went to this place it's quite legit. They do organize when people and come and show their items to rick and WHAT items. Since no company in their right goddam mind is going to pay for hundreds of hours of pointless footage waiting to get something for like 30 minutes. You do realize those camera crews cost money right? and all the work that goes with it and more expenses you cannot imagine. How it works is people get contact with staff and go "Hey I got this "insert name of item" and they go "sure bring it down at this date" however rick and the people making deals that is all real. people like you wouldn't know the ass end of a car if it hit you in the face.
It was fun being on the show, everything was legit. But they did cut out the part where Rick went into a tantrum yelling "Fifty bucks! Fifty bucks!" after I walked out the first time. He knew he had made a mistake. And Rick was "acting" when he said "I knew he'd come back", he was surprised that I came back and I heard him say so. All in all, it was a great experience.
I like that hes a fair business man. When he makes an offer he stands by it firm, even if the seller makes a mistake in price. To me, that's good business ethics.
Mr. Brown and I got along Famously, but this one time in Vegas it was the same year that the Undertaker threw Mankind from the top of the cage from a height of 16 feet (4.9 m); (22 ft if including angle of the fall)[8] and sent him crashing through the Spanish announcers' table, which triggered announcer Jim Ross to famously shout, "Good God almighty! Good God almighty! That killed him! As God as my witness, he is broken in half!"
I respect that from both sides. As scummy as it sounds you obviously want as much as you can get from stuff you're trying to sell, especially if its something you collect. I respect that the guy realized he pushed too much and was willing to take a lower offer, then i respect that Rick kept his word and gave him the higher offer instead.
Thanks for pointing out the show was real. And mostly for having time to response to all the questions even though most where repeation in different texts
Ok all memes aside that was super classy of rick to give in the 2700 the guy felt bad about hardballing so he conceded 100$ and rick said no it's ok 2700
After watching a few episodes, you can tell there's a certain type of item that Rick likes better, and he usually doesn't lowball that much on those. He sticked to the 50$ difference on a matter of principle and because he didn't want to look weak on TV, but he really LOVES american history items. He often lawballs on odd stuff or collectors' stuff, or even pictures, art and books, but historical items about american history, especially item from early 20th century, he really loves them. I don't know if it's out of personal preference or if he knows they can be sold easily, but you clearly can tell.
i watched you 2 times that you have done very profesionsal thing to the seller. 1 video was about how you raise up the price because the seller offered the price too low [is a student and a card or somethingvideo i guess] and the second ones is this video. You still offered this guy with you final price. salute with you. am happy watching your yt. thank you
respectable of Rick to keep his word on that offer even though he knew he could haggle him down more
Jason Andujar rt maybe he isn't as Jewish as I thought
or it's not his money
john castillo fuck you man
The show is all staged so in reality nothing you see on pawnstars is legit

Ronnie & Minh Good deal you made there!

It’s nice that rick stuck to his price the second time
@LuisFernandez Yeah Cuz that be the last time he'll ever do that! LOL

Very honorable for both guys. The seller willing to go down to $2,600 when he came back and Rick offering to stay at $2,700.
"My wife has told me to get rid of some of my machines" - *After making sale* "I'm off to buy some more machines, fix some up"

Oh noo he thought Rick agreed on the last handshake, for a split second. That "Okay Rick" was painful
Aron May no he said thanks rick he knew it was 2700
TheZombie13777
I said for a split second when Rick reached for a handshake.
Aron May still not what the guy said he said that's a fair deal thanks rick
TheZombie13777
At the end of his first visit.
True
Love this rick not being cheap!
Can you imagine if a woman walked in and said, "I have to sell this because my husband said he'd kill me if I didn't."
It’s a joke, relax!
*id give you 50 cents*
The feminists would be picketing outside the shop!
😂
Equal rights... Right?? 😂😂
Dude had some real motivation to make that deal lol 😂
This dude's wife and Mr. Brown got along famously
lul
This is one of the cooler things on Paw Stars. I would really like to own that thing.
Yeah, Paw Stars is pretty cool
I was referring to the Paw Patrol version of Pawn Stars. Duh.
🐾
I had it on ebay for two weeks and did not get even one bid. Pawn Stars found out about the machine after I put it on Craigslist.
Back episodes of Paw Patrol aren't woke enough now
That’s absolutely gorgeous! I’d buy one!
rick will sell it to you for $5200
MrBeard17 I’d buy it for that price for the restored piece and if only i had the space lol
the best space i have is the closet. Im taking all the risk.
MrBeard17 well i know a guy who knows all about closets let me give him a call and he’ll let us know what this closet is all about
J.London
That showed rick's true character. He's a good guy.
I love at 3:00 he was trying to act like he was gonna get for 1500 🤣
Rick is a great man with a big heart
Mr. Brown and I got along famously when we were playing the pinball
Moses Arechiga "sounds so fun"
Could you explain me what's about this Mr. Brown going on ? I'm not american and i love the show and see this coments about Mr. Brown all over ...

This is hands-down the best Pawn Stars of our receipt on the internet
Really a good strategic negotiator.
Rick accepted to return his last price.
now that is a miracle lol.
that is a sign of good guy
That was the holy grail of all slot machines
There once was a man called Abel, he rented a horse and a stable, when the horse got tired he turned it around and Mr Brown and I got along famously.

He seems like a really nice guy
Now I want one
I really do
There is one on ebay right now.
Ronnie & Minh for how much
The one on ebay is $2,000. but it does not have the gumball feature on it. I would offer $1,500. for it.
Rick is the best negotiator on the planet!!!!
He knows what you’re gonna take before you do!!!!!!
He should’ve went back and asked for 2,725
lol
When your wife scared you so much that you go back and offer lower 😂😂
In the 80’s Rockola was still running the company, suburb of Chicago. Making jukeboxes & soda pop machines. His 65 year old son was VP😁
you never see the wife comming in the store selling their Louis Vuton bag XD
Wow,,first time in pawn history Rick was honest.

Best negotiating episode!
FINALLY....someone walks on rick.
Rick is really a good guy
Nice to see people sticking to their guns.
It's funny one of the best offers I've seen Rick make a seller ends up in a haggling match.
Rick loves to laugh at his jokes

3:38 Restoring your faith in humanity.
This. My mind was blown. Rick was being a standup guy.
I agree. Rick was being awesomely fair here.

That looks too cool to sell.
Super cool
Those dad shoes are glistening.
Mr. Brown would've given him 2750
I like that episode 👍 good on you Rick 👍
Mr. Strange guy and his wife got along famously with Mr. Brown.
I thought for sure Rick would bust his a$$ on the price when he came back. What a guy
Cannot believe this!!!!!!! Rick refused a lower price than he offered!!!!!!
What!? Rick gave him an extra $100, never in my days
At the end of the day Rick is old school and stands by his promises
I Like How The Gum Shield Logo Is Just The NHL Shield
after not taking the first deal i bet when he went home his wife was ready to go upside his head with a frying pan! XD
It beats buying a lottery ticket!
Rick so cool
What a nice looking maschine
When the guy came back with his tail tucked under his leg from his wife, offering 100 less at 2600, Rick should have said 2550
It’s Vegas Baby!
That’s the first time rick actually gave someone more money than what they asked for
Dude does the 50 bucks really matter 😂😂😂
First time I've seen they change their mind
The way he just dismissed him
Rick is a gentleman.
