I love your videos keep going hope you can reach your goals. never give up Have a nice day and stay safe
It's all right just an accident, I like how we get to meet and bond with the legendarys from the Start, hey GatorEX do you think it still possible we'll get more eeveelutions in scarlet and violet or in future generations?
I was one of those people who wasn't a fan of Koraidon running and still am. My main problem isn't that it's running but the fact it's membranes are supposed to simulate wheels but it still runs. It feels awkward and like they'd get in the way of anything that wasn't swimming. If they were tucked in for everything that wasn't swimming I'd be fine but I just can't get over it personally.
I quite like that Koraidon runs personally, and I actually agree with you. Having the swim membranes inflated or even especially prominent at any time other than when it's swimming or in its full power legend mode just looks dumb.
I kinda understand but it's a natural animal it's not going to have wheels. If they did spin well it would be dumb. There designed is based of a lizard with a chest similar to Koridon. Moridon works on the other hand cause it's a Pokemon from the future that was build off Koridon and actually is a motorcycle.
@@jeremymorris345 I think you misunderstand. It's not that we want it to roll on wheels, in fact it's the opposite. We *don't want the wheels there at all when moving.* It looks great running around, but the giant sacs are impractical and should just stay in like when it's normally standing on all fours (0:30). It's the main reason I like Miraidon more than Koraidon, and I'd probably pick Scarlet if it wasn't for the giant membranes that are almost dragging on the ground
My theory is that the reason you run into them early is they got beaten by the third legendary in the trio and lost alot of its power in the process so you travel through the region to help it regain its power unlocking different modes of transportation every time it gains a little of its power back
I think that the reason they are our rides for this adventure has to be because of the story behind them. Perhaps they are not at their fullest power yet and in doing so, travel with the trainer to reach it and become the legendary Pokemon they were meant to be. kinda like a Sonic & Chip adventure from Sonic Unleashed to compare.
what i was thinking. i don’t love koraidons physique, but if the story is unique enough to justify the physique, like if i chose scarlet, i’d upgrade koraidon to its future form, that’d be so cool. if i was playing violet, and the story was revolving around its past, like both games intertwine with one another through the story… that’d be SICK
Tbh the look of Koraidon's transportation mode is starting to grow on me. But even still, it seems needless to make them both shaped in the form of a bike. Why can't Koraidon just have a rideable feral form without the tube neck and tail emulating tires? (Like what we see when they're introduced to us in the trailer) Why not just make the bike exclusive to Miraidon? The swimming is the only time that the tires make some sense, all in all I'm sure modders will "fix" the games in their own way
The whole point of Koridon is that he looks like a motorcycle but isn't a motorcycle. Then in the future they upgrade him / make a Pokemon based of him Moridon and mistake him for a motorcycle. Plus the motorcycle design fits the lizard he's based on.
@@jeremymorris345 But it isn't a motorcycle. For any normal animal, those "wheels" would just slow the animal down, not make it faster. The lizard uses its frill as intimidation, and its a flap of skin, not an entire pair of wheels. Would make more sense to perhaps only have 1/3rd of a wheel, so its inflated slightly but not enough it looks stupid.
@@jeremymorris345 I literally haven't. Im fully aware of the purpose of the design, but it makes less sense as it is now. Having the wheels be the lower 1/3rd of a wheel wouldn't change the whole point of the design.
@@jeremymorris345 My point is just don't make them based on bikes if it is gonna limit the design choices, easily could of gotten away with organic running lizard and tech hover lizard if they wanted to get the past and future themes across. Literally nobody would have been in the audience saying "Dammit if only they were bikes." Still like them both, still gonna enjoy the games so it's all good
@@shmixedNshmooved It clearly didn't limit the design choice. What they did is actually really smart. They wanted to a dragon motorcycle so they made a dragon with a throat (based off Fan Throat Lizards) that looks like a wheel in the past. Then in the far future Scientists recreate the Pokémon mistaking its throat as a wheel (thats why it dosen't spin it's not supposed to) and thus created the Miridon.
I don't mind that Koraidon represents a bike, but I think his "wheels" should be a little smaller while running. Other than that, I love how goofy and flamboyant he is.
why the fuck did they put wheels on Koraidon in the first place?!, It's from the past where wheels probably haven't been invented yet. They make it looks like it wears full diapers when it runs.
My problem isn’t the concept, it’s the deal that the red one shouldn’t look like a motorcycle, it would have made more sense if those “wheels” were on the 4 legs, making it seem like it’s actually using them to help it move quickly … rather that it having 2 giant tumor like wheels that serve no purpose other than make it look like it has a function the other does.
I actually like it better because it reminded me of the question: "Why have no animals ever evolved wheels?" The main answer I've heard is that getting up to it has no benefits until the wheel itself has been made, and thus not desirable for that. I now think that Koraidon actually did find somewhat of a step ladder for the evolution, where it serves as additional surface area but likely not adding much to mass. This surface area may have found use in order to give it buoyancy for both traversing water and air more effectively. It is confirmed that that's why it at least has them for swimming, and in the same vein that birds have hollow bones to have a greater amount of air within them to fly, Koraidon may have them for them same reason.
@@king_alloy When the wheel was invented, they didn't have the idea of a tire in mind. It was created for only transportation. The idea a lizard has tires for use later than it realizes doesn't make much sense my man.
@@eastwaters4082 Fair point I'll give you that. It was mostly just made up anyway but I do still love it nonetheless for a reason I made up. Though I will also bring up the idea that others have that Koraidon perhaps was the reason others made the concept of a wheel, at least for transportation. Also just a fun idea.
Honestly I think it would have been cool if it were something more along the lines of, his limbs move so fast while in motion, they appear to be wheels
I think koraidon is just worse because of the wheels. Like there's no reason for them to be popped out when he's running, and even if they're a floatation device while swimming it could look a lot better. It feels like they felt like they had to make it look like a bike just cause.
The wheels look like they would get in the way on the red one. I'm not opposed to it running around, but I do think they should pick a concept and stick with it. Either go all in on the motorcycle idea, or ditch the wheels and make it move entirely like an animal. Miraidon just looks more coherent.
@@spence6195 Koraidon is supposed to be the ancestor of Cyclizar, the wheels are able to show that. Remove the wheels and the concept is dropped all together
Actually, Koraidon doesn’t have wheels. The first “wheel” is actually like a throat or something (I don’t know how to say it) and the second one is his tail curled.
I want to get Violet but since I have a sibling that buys both games and hands one to me, I don’t mind playing Scarlet as I find Koraidon’s running animations to be really funny, reminds me of the FlintStones. I think Koraidon would look better without their tail being curled up while running around however, but that’s my only nitpick.
If Koraidon wasn’t shaped like a motorcycle I would be fine with it, in fact, I would prefer it. But he just looks ridiculous running with those things!
I absolutely love this new legendary concept. The legendary is something that you develop a bond with, instead of just granting an easy Elite Four run. Now, however, the legendary has a greater emphasis on the story, it is actually important throughout the entire game. We can probably spend a part of the story learning this Pokémon's origin and how it got to meet us. I'm 85% percent sure (and really hope so) that we will only be able to use the Legendary in battle after its origin has been revealed, in the normal fashion of the games. However, having it as a partner before adds the emotional factor, as we will care a lot about our fancy motorcycle. Rarely do Legendary Pokémon inspire that feeling. It feels like a godly but cold entity or a random chance at meeting it. So yeah, I'm positive we will get the best Pokémon games since Gen V. Not just because it is in my country (which feels like a fever dream) but because the Legendary having a role in the open world is so wonderful. Overall, I will love my copy of Violet. I want these games to be the peak of 3D Pokemon
I kinda get that. But at this point they’re literally passing the legends out like candy. Tbh, I wish they weren’t legends. Just common Pokémon that are native to the region
@@sirconrad8328 They should still be special tho. I would be fine if they were called something like "Momentous Pokemon" or Particular Pokemon" because you can only get it once. What I'm trying to say is they don't seem legendary if you receive them shortly after you boot the game.
The best part of this video was you singing the 5Ds theme. Caught me off guard when I heard the music intro because I knew I'm not watching a ygo vid lol. Nice touch man. And it works so well ☺️
I really like the idea of Koraidon and Miraidon as our partner / mount. In a way, it makes them irreplaceable and important. Pokémon has a big emphasis on friendship and partnership, but that just seems to amount to using them to fight. It reminds me of teaching a Pokémon the move “fly” or “swim” to get around, but that being replaced in later games by random Pokémon instead of your own team. Me and my brother have always gotten both versions of the game and play through them. I’m excited to ride on my weird dragon-cycle with him. Plus, I loved your cover at the end
Also the "don" part of their name is a name commonly found among dinosaurs (though the suffix "don" means "tooth" so the name doesn't make too much sense when you read into that)
My ONLY issue with Koriadons design is that you can see at 3:20 (and other points in this vid) that the weird wheel thing is tucked more into its chest, not really that noticeable. If that design is already in the game, why wouldn’t they just use that instead of having these big wheel things that just look awkward with a running animation?
Honestly these two completely changed the game ill go for. I thought id go for violet since I like the color scheme way more, but koraidon... this boy fills me with so much joy how he just ignores his wheels and goes for a run or swim. what a cutie
The legendaries have 100% grown on me after seeing them in game, they are indeed adorable. Especially Koraidon, I love the komodo dragon / Mushu from Mulan -esque look. Miraidon is pretty darn cool too, for the cyberpunk look, but I'm going full Fred Flintstone with my ride Pokemon!
Judging off the past and future aesthetic, I can already tell that the big bad is gonna summon the Last member of the Cycle Trio as a modern Day one and merge the Future/Past to create a Perfect World since every villain since Gen 3 is based around creating the perfect world
I absolutely love both of the two dragons and honestly like Koraidon more cause giant prehistoric dragon is great I just do not like the fact that it’s fans stay out when it’s running. Yes it is supposed to look like a motorbike. But it’s also supposed to be a convincing creature. I’m pretty sure fan throated lizards use them as displays to other creatures and other creatures use features like that for a function. Koraidon puffing it’s chest on the box art and trailers? Makes sense it’s trying to look like the big lizard. When it’s running or trying to climb? It looks really funky cause that’s way too big to drag that close to the ground while running and like it would slow it down. It can close them which makes it all the more weird to see when it’s running. I would at least love to see it inflating or deflating it’s fans depending on what it’s doing when you’re using it, that would make it feel more natural and like it’s behaving like an animal
Removing HMs were the best and worst thing to happen to pokemon imo. Like yeah it's good to not have useless moves on our pokemon but I like having MY pokemon exploring the world with me, rather than the legendary or pokemon given to me only to traverse.
You will eventually catch the legendary . I hope the legendary you catch is the same individual you ride on . However, it does create a problem , because you wouldnt be able to trade your legendary or to transport it to other games, like pikachu and eevee in lgpe.
@@Vivian2290 I mean, in ORAS you could still use the Eon flute without Latios or Latias in your team or even your PC, so I highly doubt they'd lock it to your game.
@@GatorEX Gen 7 was the only one I felt a genuine attachment to because of Nebby always being there. I’m glad they are, kind of, doing something like that.
God, the yugioh 5D’s theme song just gives off even more motorbike vibes. Considering there have been memes about the legendaries being bikes already, this just makes it better
I like that Koraidon runs. As its supposed to represent ancient times. If the designers deflate its wheel sacs a bit to make it look more natural I think it will look better.
I can't imagine how people from ancient past uses their legs while riding on vehicles. Sounds like they would use a lot of energy with vehicles weight.
I have a feeling we’ll be able to ride them early on and then battle and catch them near the end of their story. Kind of like how in Legends, we can ride the Wyrdeer, Uraaluna, etc, but have to catch the Pokémon separately from the ride mechanic.
according to the leaks you travel using the legendaries but you can't use them in battle until you finish the game. after that you are free to use them in battle and raids.
@bannana as much as that may make sense in other games, knowing what Pokémon (game freak) has done w their games it seems like something more so to what Gatorex described. I don’t think we will have access to the legendariez till the very end despite being able to ride them from potentially the somewhat beginning of the game. At the end of the day whatever happens doesn’t matter to me cause I don’t like to ever use legendaries for any reason, so all I’ll say is whatever they do w it is that it will appeal to the mass audience to enjoy to make them produce more games (kind of like how they give you a Latios / Latias in Oras).
I can understand why people didn’t like Koraidon running, despite having wheels But Miraidon’s futuristic look just kinda weirded me out to a point where I could ignore Koraidon running instead of using its wheels
Gotta be honest, I really love that the box legendaries are taking a role as traversal and partnership, they are genuinely going to be part of our lives and I think it's gonna instill this feeling of connection. WE usually stop the bad guy plan to save the world but this game is also adding the incentive that these guys are our friends, arguably as much of a partner as our starters. It's just a fantastic idea to get us connected to them!
If anything, having the box art legendary have more interaction with the player character shows us that we are the one who can make the connection and show ourselves worthy enough to have these legendary beasts as our Pokémon
Honestly, I often didn’t put the legendary in my final team because I had zero connection and it mostly wouldn’t fit the rest of the team. I can’t wait to use Miraidon in my team!
This trailer chose the version for me and it's all because of how Koraidon runs on 4 legs instead of "driving" on its wheels! It looks so primal and I absolutely love it! The fact that they mention on the website that it swims by filling its throat with air implies that the wheel is actually an extension of the throat just like the Anole Lizards! Thank you for the shoutout! You are great!
I agree completely here. It'll be nice to have a more personal connection to the box legendary. Also, I like that Koraidon trots around like a pony. He's adorable :3
Sucks that we're forced to though, for people like me that prefer the legendaries being primordial beings of chaos and elemental deities it feels really lame I'm forced to use this pokemin and build a connection with it, it's kinda unfair and I hate how everyone is like "don't like it don't ride it" yet completely miss the fact I'd have to if I want to climb anywhere or cross a body of water, it's just a shame there isn't any alternative for people that just want to bond with their pokemon and feel like they're out in the wild with old their team of six instead of this plus one I don't like the look of and I'm probably gonna be constantly reminded of
@@JBzucc Well you always have the option of just not buying the game if you really think it'll bother you that much. Otherwise, you'll have to just use the legendary as little as possible.
@@sakuraa1770 well I probably won't but its frustrating cause I didn't like PLA, BDSP or SWSH so I'm getting tired of these really lacklustre games and the time they go big they ruin it with their need to make everything easy for the kiddies and these gimmicks that still can't touch megas on the coolness scale, I don't mean to sound like a bitter old man but I they're gonna pump out so many games the least they could do is chuck older players a bone for once
@@sakuraa1770 maybe but even then I can't stand this new crystal gimmick and it looks just as lame as the motorbike pokemon, my issue with current pokemon games is its like 1 step forward 2 steps back, it's advancing while also discarding good mechanics and replacing them with lesser ones, even the graphics just don't look that good, like how much better would this look if it looked like the anime with cell shading and basic flat textures, I don't get why they are trying to make them look more realistic when the ground texture still looks like it's in 120p, it's just not smart nor logical the way they are handling this franchise to me but I digress, all I'm saying is this feels like it goes against what makes the older games good
A pokemon with wheels already kills me enough. But a pokemon with wheels that runs on its feet legs. Now I'm dead 🤣😂. I definitely agree with the other one more. But I still am not convinced I like either entirely yet.

I love Koraidon but making him sprint while he has giant tires and giving him a motorcycle form in official art just is not fair. Like at least get rid of the obnoxious tires if you’re gonna have him run.
Right? It bothers me that it just has this huge, presumably heavy-a** air sack hanging from its chest which really wouldn't be helpful anywhere but the water. It'd be like trying to run with an inner tube between your legs.
I really did not see the Yugioh Intro coming, I just love how you are so unpredictable. We definitly need the full version of this, and I am looking forward to all the other songs you will hopefully cover ^_^

@@THGMR-ox7sd Well, it would explain the need for the tire, but it'd still be like you trying to walk with an inner tube between your legs. Maybe I just need to experience the ride to see if my opinion changes about Koraidon, but until then, I'll be a Miraidon fan.
It's never been said how early they join you. Looking at the map, there's at least a few gyms you can reach on foot, so it's likely you'll be playing a good portion of the game without them.
I’m kind of tired of the feeling of getting “free” legendaries, I would be feeling really good if we had a process and story that takes a little to work up to and has a climax with a fight to show you can handle it’s power (maybe to show you understand how capable it is and to prove yourself while maintaining a joyful rival angle maybe)
@@artist0154 logically they will not cut out access to them as they are advertised as your motive of transportation and would be silly to put their utility to post game if they are tying to get you to buy it for said function. I’d bet we will get is maybe 2nd gym in the earliest like most bikes but then either you will have a needed legendary bike that you have to power up or a op steamroller that will only let you ride it until the legendary moment in the story where it finally joins your party for battles or joins as op gym 2 Pokémon. I would be pleasantly surprised if I’m wrong or if you actually have a big reason to have a legendary pick you like some thick questing or side-questing to even get it but it’s modern Pokémon they slap the big stuff early and for free like finding change on the side of the road so that’s why I say this.
@@bestratchetandclank We can still ride them without having them on our team. Ride Pokemon in PLA are not our Pokemon, we just call on them to help traverse Hisui. I'd wager that we meet Koraidon/Miraidon in a weakened state, and as they travel with us, they gradually regain their strength, unlocking new modes as we learn more about them, culminating in them regaining full power as we learn their true origin and we battle against them so they can see if we're truly worthy of having their power as our own.
@@bestratchetandclank Also, I wouldn't say PLA hands you much of anything for free. In fact, one could argue you are required to do much more work to achieve things in PLA than most past Pokemon games, so I'd say Pokemon has not been entirely easy in the modern era, as the latest game was quite difficult by a Pokemon game's standards.
I didn't get instantly won over, but it's natural feel compared to Miraidon's cool punk vibe, it feels a lot smoother than Miraidon. I still love Miraidon's design and it's certainly cool. But Koraidon feels magical
I do really like that we get to encounter the legendary so early. I think it’s different and interesting to have them throughout your whole journey. And I do think there is some deeper story as to why they were so beat down at the start and why they go in this journey with you
My stance on the Legendaries is the same one I’ve had after the Regis from Gen 3. Most Legendaries don’t feel very legendary since you’re forced to meet them in the story and those who you don’t are just in random caves. Regis are the coolest since they have a real mystique about them being sealed away and how you even unlock them. People who think legendary Pokémon have “gone down in status” don’t take into account how frequent Legendaries have been. BW2 is probably the funniest example of that where the swords of justice throw themselves at you after the 6th gym
That's definitely fair. I'd say the Swords of Justice, followed by Xerneas and Yveltal, were the worst offenders regarding box art legendaries. Solgaleo and Lunala were in the middle of your path, but that was because you were actively participating in the life cycle of one of their species, a Pokemon type that lives by traveling through ultra space. Even if that meant they were a breeding species, the fact they were one that traveled between dimensions retained their legendary status in spite of their breaking most conventional unwritten rules of Legendaries. In contrast, the Swords of Justice kinda just showed up to make catching them easier, I'm still not sure why Xerneas/Yveltal ended up in the giant superweapon, and then I'd say the Sword and Shield dogs committed the different crime of trying to match the legendary hero plot of Black and White, but it was written worse, so they seem less interesting instead of more. This is not helped by the fact they did no lore for what is assumed to be the source of Dynamax energy, Eternatus, which they shoved straight into your path to force you to catch it.
@@theendersmirk5851 don't forget some of the older ones even had entire areas dedicated to them, even if sometimes they ended up roaming afterwards (stark mountain, fullmoon/newmoon island, the lakes in sinnoh, and landourus's who area is entirely skippable). heck some even had their own mini side stories (heatran, shaymin, darkrai, victini). then the fire natio... i mean generation 6 attacked. and everything what just a "here you go from your friendly delivery man" (but if that guy handles so many legendary/mythical pokemon, i don't want to know how he keeps literal gods in line just to give them away...)
This also can be great for story. Because with an evil team (which there probably is) you are no longer just messing occasionally with their plans. But instead they will actively be hunting you down for the legendary Pokémon you now have

@@laughingmask3118 still, we see in other animations that Koraidon does not always need to have the “wheels” sticking out, so when it does while running it makes the Pokémon look worse. I prefer koraidon as a buddy just because it’s more of a natural animal to befriend and adventure with, but the running looks so off. I wish they would act as wheels when going full speed, but still do the run when doing an in-between of walking and full speed (like like how you could lightly run with wyrdeer in legends arceus if you did not hold B)
In my opinion Koraidon looks very good, I think that these "wheels" are used to float on water and/or to accumulate air (mainly because lizards cannot breathe and run at the same time). I don't see why they should rotate since it's a living organism, unlike Miraidon which is a robot
OHHHH! I thought I was like, lacking some form of ingame item or something... Okay, so Koraidon just, runs, while Miraidon shoots around like a bullet, that's cool... So far it feels like, "I'd 100% rather be playing Violet!" as I play through Scarlet lmfao
I was team Scarlet till I saw how doofy the “wheels” look while Koraidon is running. Him running instead of turning into a vehicle is rad…. So why ruin how cool it looks by having his tires look so pointless as a creature?
They literally only gave him the wheels to match the other legendary and emphasize that they are a pair. Kind of lame imo, they look similar enough even if he didn't have wheels.
I like Miraidon being a vehicle because it's technological and it makes sense, but Kiraidon? It's a big reptile that they just stuck some wheels on.
Literally nobody would have been in the audience saying "Dammit if only they were bikes."
Still like them both, still gonna enjoy the games so it's all good
@@shmixedNshmooved It clearly didn't limit the design choice.
I like Koraidon's design but I'm gonna have to go with Miraidon
Just remove the wheel and use the legs. Thats gonna end his suffering.
I like the way Miradon moves on land and water, but I like the way Koraidon looks and glides better.
why the fuck did they put wheels on Koraidon in the first place?!, It's from the past where wheels probably haven't been invented yet. They make it looks like it wears full diapers when it runs.
@@fourth-dimensionalbeing9737 its an old cyclizar
cyclizar have wheels
The fact that I forgot I knew that outro front to back. I’m ever grateful for that sliver of nostalgia
He looks like a fan-throated lizard like an anole. If it still bothers you then buy Violet instead.
Honestly I think it would have been cool if it were something more along the lines of, his limbs move so fast while in motion, they appear to be wheels
The 5ds Intro has never been more fitting, thanks for getting that stuck in my head XD
I think koraidon is just worse because of the wheels. Like there's no reason for them to be popped out when he's running, and even if they're a floatation device while swimming it could look a lot better. It feels like they felt like they had to make it look like a bike just cause.
Koraidon should only use these "wheels" for swimming where it's needed
Maybe it puffs it's gills out when it's trying to slow down.
Im ok with it sticking out a bit, but your right, its too much.
Yeah, they really went like "Yeah it looks goofy, it's stupid and impractical in every way, but it looks like a motorcycle 😎"
Then get Violet Version
You definitely earned the thumbs up with that singing holy hell that was awesome
The wheels look like they would get in the way on the red one. I'm not opposed to it running around, but I do think they should pick a concept and stick with it. Either go all in on the motorcycle idea, or ditch the wheels and make it move entirely like an animal. Miraidon just looks more coherent.
They look goofy like the bikes from yugioh’s Yusei’s duel runner 😖
Miraidon having wheels makes more sense since he is a technological pokemon, Koraidon just looks goofy with the wheels
@@spence6195 Koraidon is supposed to be the ancestor of Cyclizar, the wheels are able to show that. Remove the wheels and the concept is dropped all together

Pokémon Battles on Motorcycles
I really like the names “korai” and “mirai” each being the Japanese words for something like “past” and “future”
Also the "don" part of their name is a name commonly found among dinosaurs (though the suffix "don" means "tooth" so the name doesn't make too much sense when you read into that)
And both of them, when said in English, sound like Ride-On
My ONLY issue with Koriadons design is that you can see at 3:20 (and other points in this vid) that the weird wheel thing is tucked more into its chest, not really that noticeable.

I still think that lizard motorcycles are the weirdest things Pokémon has ever done.
the wheel is an extension for its throat to breathe air in water
Actually, they are part of the final bosses of thier respective games
Removing HMs were the best and worst thing to happen to pokemon imo. Like yeah it's good to not have useless moves on our pokemon but I like having MY pokemon exploring the world with me, rather than the legendary or pokemon given to me only to traverse.

I like that Koraidon runs. As its supposed to represent ancient times. If the designers deflate its wheel sacs a bit to make it look more natural I think it will look better.
Ancient times? No would’ve made since if they were stone but these are literally modern tires…
I can't imagine how people from ancient past uses their legs while riding on vehicles. Sounds like they would use a lot of energy with vehicles weight.
I think you somehow find Cyclizar and then evolve It with something found from a school project or something
The question is will we only be able to ride them around or will we actually catch them and have them on our team for the Gym Challenge?
I have a feeling we’ll be able to ride them early on and then battle and catch them near the end of their story. Kind of like how in Legends, we can ride the Wyrdeer, Uraaluna, etc, but have to catch the Pokémon separately from the ride mechanic.
@bannana That would be cool, but I think Gator ex has it right.
according to the leaks you travel using the legendaries but you can't use them in battle until you finish the game. after that you are free to use them in battle and raids.
Obviously only ride them, maybe some part in the story they get their full power and become their true forms, battle you, and then you catch them
Koraidon’s on the sigma grindset. Never skip leg day.
I like it. We don't need to have a legendary to fight/catch at the end of everyone Pokemon game. I like the idea of shaking things up a bit.
I can understand why people didn’t like Koraidon running, despite having wheels
But Miraidon’s futuristic look just kinda weirded me out to a point where I could ignore Koraidon running instead of using its wheels
Pokémon logic: feed your Toothless some sandwich to learn HMs
I love Koraidons locomotion its dope
that's all well and good but why did they make the red one still look like a motorcycle if it was going to just run? haha
You are great!
i think the wheels look ugly when he is runing, for everything else they look fine but when he is running they look awful, i'm going to pick Miraidon.

That is the most unbased take I've ever seen.

This also can be great for story. Because with an evil team (which there probably is) you are no longer just messing occasionally with their plans. But instead they will actively be hunting you down for the legendary Pokémon you now have
That’s if the evil team would want the legendary Pokémon, besides travel so far we haven’t seen that they are powerful in any particular way.
Something I like about Pokemon is that every game is a test run for feature they will make more prominent and want to improve on in future games.
2:43 is perfect… the membranes should really only inflate to swim and maybe fly
I don’t like that it looks like the membranes get in the way of running
I think I'd like koraidon's running animation if it didn't have those awkward black "wheels", but miraidon looks so much cooler as a sick motorcycle (which sucks cuz I like koraidon's overall design better)
They're their to evoke the iguana/bearded dragon/fan-throated lizard aesthetic
@@laughingmask3118 still, we see in other animations that Koraidon does not always need to have the “wheels” sticking out, so when it does while running it makes the Pokémon look worse. I prefer koraidon as a buddy just because it’s more of a natural animal to befriend and adventure with, but the running looks so off. I wish they would act as wheels when going full speed, but still do the run when doing an in-between of walking and full speed (like like how you could lightly run with wyrdeer in legends arceus if you did not hold B)
Whenever people ask why koriadon doesn’t use the wheels, I’m always losing brain cells
Me too
But can we pet it tho?
We duckin better
That would complete it
KORIDON IS MY SAMMICH BUDDI
I love the goofy running lizard so much. Him + Larvitar exclusive really making Scarlet so much better.
I like Miraidon being a vehicle because it's technological and it makes sense, but Kiraidon? It's a big reptile that they just stuck some wheels on. I think it would have been way cooler if Kiraidon never had wheels but would still run, also since it runs on all fours, what's the point of the wheels?
