How to make, a pimento cheese sandwich. Make yourself some pimento cheese as given in the video, and buy some white bread. You take two slices of bread, and you spread, the correct amount of cheese like so. Then ya close, and ya done. Congratulations.
@@CamelThief shredded cheese accounts for 20 percent of ALL cheese sold in the united states so its easily the highest selling type of cheese ( any kind of cheese that's is shredded is what is considered shredded cheese and won't go towards the sale of the actual cheese like if it was shredded chedar ) so his generalization is correct. The US is also the biggest consumer of shredded cheese globally

@@QuietGuitaristfan grate your own cheese and put in in the fridge in a bag overnight and you will see the need for it. It's gross but definitely needed to make shredded cheese not look like a ball
Momma used to use a meatgrinder. Grind the sharp cheddar cheese, then a single slice of white bread to be sure you get all that cheese out. Then dump an entire can of pimentoes into the meatgrinder, juice and all. Add Hellmann's mayo and stir all together. I add dried onion flakes to mine, but the rest is momma's. Let it sit overnight for the best results. The onion sops up the pimento juice and thickens it all up.
I’m just relieved he didn’t say “just throw some Dan O’s on there” like EVERY other video like this. Lol I swear that company is paying every influencer known to man.
Im in m😢y early 60s. My granny used to make pimento cheese. This big beautiful man makes it like it should be. I love his Southern Style & lovely accent!❤
Shredding your own cheese makes it creamier because bagged cheese that has been pre-shredded is dusted in an edible de-clumping agent that stops the shredded cheese from becoming a blob in the bag. When you cook that cheese the powder inhibits melting. It’s always a better finished product to shred your own cheese
"Diced jalapenos. You can use as little or as less as you want." At first I thought I heard him wrong. But the distinction between little and less jalapenos definitely exists in the Midwest 🤣🤣🤣
Always shred your own cheese. They coat preshredded cheese so that it doesn’t clump. That coating doesn’t make it brown right, and messes up the true texture of the cheese.
I love your videos and I don't ever bash anyone for doing what they love and enjoying life in whatever way you want but dam man if you don't chill with eating all this you won't last much longer but after seeing all the videos I have come to think your life is food and it's not a bad thing. It's all about happiness if you live you life to the fullest and live a short life that fine if you want to live a long slow life go for it :)
I can only eat my grandpas pimento cheese. Velveeta, pimentos, a little salt, sugar and miracle whip. It’s just one of these things you grow up with that grows on you. I love it
I really don't like too spicy !!!! But I fixed this but I use probably 1/4 PEPPER!!! And people it was yum !! And really not that hot !!! I like mine on toasted bread !! Oh also on celery and deviled eggs !!! Enjoy !!!

Ok, slow down, chef
Most Americans use that pre-shredded garbage in a bag, so shredding cheese yourself is a badge of honor!
A badge of... you... God dammit.
