I will be installing a back up camera on a 2010 silverado. I understand that the green wire at the reverse bulb is the hot wire, but I have TWO black wires going into the socket then going to the other taillight bulb. Can I use either black wire for ground--is it just a series ground?? Thanks !!!!!

Not having that schematic in front of me for that certain model you're better off going to Google type 2010 Silverado lighting systems diagram and then it'll tell you the connector they're not all similar

Hey Joe I have a 69 Chevy box truck it's a straight 6 and I put new harness I'm it and lostt my wires for atl. It has out side voltregaulater and I chant get it to charge I'm pretty sure the wires aren't hooked up right can u help me out with some info on that

Try to put in wiring diagram for 69 Chevy in Google try to put as much details as you can to make and model you should be able to download a diagram in the 69 Chevy configurations of the alternator and The regulators were totally different than today obviously that's why it's important to try to get a diagram as close to it as I can keep me updated

I have 03 honda accord coupe, reverse lights stay on ,when key switch is on. Have unplugged neutral safety switch still stay on. Any suggestions? I'm thinking bad micu.

Get this, I have an 08 CRV.
the reverse lights are drawing 0.3 amps, and when I take the fuse for them off, the parasitic power draw stops, yet the reverse lights still work.
Suggestions?

First thing is that how was the current measured if you break the circuit with an amp meter you are Awakening the modules

Look for the relay that's common or also the switch unless you have a diagram what is the year of this car

I am hoping this video is still being monitored. I have the opposite going on, which is regardless of what gear, my reveres lights stay on. What could be the issues? I have checked all fuses & bulbs and leaning toward the gear selector switch. '96 Chevy Caprice Classic is the car & any help would be grateful.

Well sometimes there are issues of relays being stuck on I have to take a look at the wiring diagram this is really going back

Also there is a body control module called the BCM that is controlling the reverse lights

The fuses would be good automatically otherwise the lights will not even come on at all and the bulbs so that will not be an issue like I said body control module sometimes a relay sometimes a gear select the switch but if that's the problem you might not even start the car

So my advice is take out the module or the relay and see if the problem goes away before deciding it's the switch
