Before the E233-1000, 209 Series was a Major Rolling stock For Keihin-Tohoku Line :)
From 0:42 to 0:44 this is a E231-4600 carriage. On the Yamanote Line it is usually number 10. It has E233-style doors and different seat arrangements to the other carriages. It also has two windows on one of the far side.
If you pause at 0:44 you will see the double window.
