FIRST START IN 18 YEARS! Reviving a 2003 Honda CBR600RR - It's Alive!

Welcome back to Rocket's Garage, where engineering meets elbow grease and dreams turn into reality! After many weeks of meticulous work and unwavering determination, our 2003 Honda CBR600RR project has roared to life, marking a significant milestone in our garage.
In today's episode, we're thrilled to share the final steps that brought this classic beast back to life. It's been a challenging journey with extensive repairs and replacements, including a new ECM, fuel pump, and various relays. We didn't stop there; we also installed a fresh battery, replaced the zener diode, and gave the injectors a thorough cleaning and testing. To ensure everything ran smoothly, we replaced critical sensors-the MAP sensor and the Cam Position Sensor.

The bike wont start if you roll the trottle , tps sensor will cut the gas/signal to injectors .. its not on carbs to pull the gas .. just press the button , it will start . Also using the killswitch helps you prime the rail/injectors .. trying to start multiple times without a prime wont start the bike .. :D

Have you checked to see if it has the correct map in the Power Commander? Yes it may be running, but is it running correctly?
