Thanks for the update. My 2 month appt is a week away. I'm looking forward to ditching the aspen brace. I agree that the brace causes neck weakness/tightness. Looking forward to getting in the gym and being able to lift light weights and do yoga. Glad you're doing well.
I will be 3 months post opp on the 18th.. 3 level ACDF.. still experiencing pretty bad burning in the back of my neck, shoulders and upper back. The nerve pain is pretty much gone but now there is lingering numbness in my thumb/fore finger and muscular discomfort. Still doing PT 3X a week so keeping my fingers crossed. Good luck in your recovery journey.
