@@sullivans_outdoors they also sell splices with solder in them. Just get a torch and torch the solder and heat shrink. The BTR batteries come with a wire connected to the connector already. All you have to do is splice the wire given with the cut wires you cut on the controller. Red/black.
What’s up Man. When you buy a fast scooters kit and a BTR Power battery, you have to install an Xt60 female to the controller to receive the male xt60 that comes on the BTR power battery. You can cut the battery wires and solder one on or have someone solder it for you. If you truly don’t know how to solder and just want to do it on your own, you can use butt splices. Which is you cut the battery wires, butt splice it, and butt splice the other end to that extra wire BTR power supplies you with. Butt splicing, if you don’t know, you crimp the wire with splice and same to other side and then melt the ends. With these lower powered rigs, it’s fine, but of course soldering is best choice.

I use the stock 24v motor for what you have. You can also upgrade to a 36v 1000w motor but it’s longer. So you would have to put 1/2” spacer in between the mount and where it’s mounted on the bike. That way you clear the other side where motor sticks out. I originally just angled the motor over the bar and it works great. But I have since put spacers in to keep it straight. And the trick is to find YOUR “SWEET SPOT”. Or his in this case. I know that the stock 24v motor is a pain to get the sprocket off, so rear is the way to go. @@john101090 yes. Cut old battery connectors off & attach the connector of your choice that matches your battery of choice. I use BTR power for these kits. So I have (1) female xt60 on ours to match the male connector that comes on the BTR power batteries.💯🍻
Can you do this same upgrade with the rsf350?
Yes. Anything you can do with this, you can do with the RSF350. Very similar.💯🙏🍻
What if I wanted to add another 12 volt battery would it still be plug and play ?
Yup. These kits are actually made to be plug n play for exactly that. I just do a single Lipo, so I cut that part off and match my battery connector. But YES. 100%.🙏💯🍻
What would I do to make this bikes battery to last longer? My 7 year old daughter loves this little bike but it's kinda slow and only last about 15 minutes before needing charged again. Thank you for any help
If I had a fully stock 24v 350w Mx350 & I’m building it for a 7 year old, I’d keep the stock 24v motor & OverVolt it to 36v w/ a 36v Fast Scooters Kit. Which comes with a 36v 1000w controller & 36v twist throttle. I’d also go with a 36v Lipo instead of the lead acid batteries..
Where the battery connects on the new 36v controller, I cut off the ends and solder the matching connector I need for my Lipo of choice. We use 36v BTR power batteries for these small builds with no issues for over a year now. But your Lipo of choice is yours, as will the connector to match it. Links are in the description.🙏💯🍻

You’ll just cut the battery ends off. Red and black. And solder on your matching connector. The battery will charge through the battery itself.

The adapter please. For battery.
@@KruseNStuff is itself explanatory with a couple videos on soldering tutorials ? I mean plug in and play is so easy , I’m sure I’ll figure it out! So I’m confused , have you tried the CAOMM battery? “Blue”. Though I already bought the battery in

@@KruseNStuff so can’t you just solder the ends that comes with the battery to the fast scooter wires ?
Yeah you could but you won’t be able to change the battery in the future and void any battery warranties
I found soldering an xt60 female to the controller is easiest & best way.
What motor would you recommend I got the same controller throttle and battery
I use the stock 24v motor for what you have. You can also upgrade to a 36v 1000w motor but it’s longer. So you would have to put 1/2” spacer in between the mount and where it’s mounted on the bike. That way you clear the other side where motor sticks out. I originally just angled the motor over the bar and it works great. But I have since put spacers in to keep it straight. This kit will work with the 36v 1000w motor also. But In having the bigger motor, you will be ready for the 48v kit when you’re ready. Here’s a video of what I originally did ruclips.net/video/vrHuegzRIf8/видео.html
@@KruseNStuff so the difference in the motors in your links are with and without bracket right? And also changing out the sprocket does what? I’m new to all this and I’m doing this for my son. He’s been enjoying his bike since I put the new kit on!!!
@@joeyhernandez3333get the one with brackets. Wherever you can find it. Just type my1020 36v 1000w brushed motor. The gearing change will either give you more low end torque or more top end speed. Bigger rear sorocket(more teeth) = more torque. So does making the motor sprocket smaller(less teeth). More top end….bigger motor sprocket (more teeth) or smaller rear sprocket(less teeth). And the trick is to find YOUR “SWEET SPOT”. Or his in this case. I know that the stock 24v motor is a pain to get the sprocket off, so rear is the way to go. But with the 36v 1000w it’s much easier to get off, leaving everything open. Let me know if you need any other help💯🍻
@@joeyhernandez3333 if you fast forward to about 1:54 on this video, you will see what I did with the spacers. ruclips.net/video/G5qd-xx24zQ/видео.html
@@joeyhernandez3333 gearing is a math problem. Rear sprocket (big) divided by motor sprocket (small) gives you your formula. Which is how many times the motor sprocket spins before the rear sprocket spins once. So if I’m running 10/54 on my quad……The motor sprocket spins 5.4 times before the rear sprocket spins once. And you’ll see how you can use that. Hope all that helps.🍻

Where to get this stuff
Fast scooters on eBay. If you’re trying to OverVolt your stock 24v motor, scoop a 36v OverVolt kit for about $60. And a 36v lithium battery and you’re good. We use BTR power batteries. A 36v 10ah is $189. So about a $250 upgrade. Worth it. Links in description.💯🍻
what battery I gotta get to make it go a lease like 60 to 70 mph
You need an EXTREME Kit from E&C for $899. Fully customize your own motor mount to fit the EC4P Motor. Get the biggest 76v ah battery that will fit. Probably max 32ah. And gear it all the way up. 44t rear sprocket. And the biggest drive sprocket you can find. You WILL get dam near close. But you would want to upgrade the brakes and possibly add a front. You will need stopping power. No way around it.💯🍻
How fast does it go?
Stock 24v motor overvolted to 36v with a 36v Lipo gets you about 22mph. But can be geared up also, by changing the rear sprocket to a 65t. Gets you another 5MPH. 27mph. Not bad at all. A 36v 1000w with a 36v 1000w controller, Lipo & 65t in rsf350 gets 29mph. To give you an idea. Overvolting is AWESOME!💯🙏🍻
What the run time and battery time
**charging time
The battery last forever it seems. Especially once I did the 48v upgrade. ruclips.net/video/vrHuegzRIf8/видео.html The BTR Power batteries are the real deal. But for real, we go for HOURS. Usually don’t charge for 2-3 days most times. 3-5 hour charge time. I suggest going str8 to the 48v upgrade.
Do you think a 145lbs teenager can ride this ?
Yes 100%🍻
Cool because on the website it says 140lbs max so I was sceptic a bit
Dude im 185 and ride my kids one 😂😂
Yes as long as they’re not taller than 5.8 feet
I’m 5’11” and ride it fine. You can make it work.
What if I use a car battery
Not sure you’d want to. The weight alone would slow you up. I’d get rid of the lead acid batteries all together and scoop up a lithium battery. You won’t want to go back to lead acid ever again.💯🙏🍻
is it safe to overvolt it?
Yeah. I’ve been OverVolting these brushed motors for awhile now. SOLID.
how fast will a 36v 500w motor go with it?
You would need either a 36v kit or a 48v kit to run a 36v 500w motor. It would all depend on gearing. I forget exactly what we got with our 36v 800w but there’s a ton of update videos on the mx350 on this channel.🔥🔥💯🙏🍻
Pretty cool upgrade though the flipflops scare me OUCH!
Thanks Man. AGREE.🙏💯🍻

@@feoyz5267 with stock motor, I’d grab a 36v fast scooters kit. Ask for the 1000w otherwise it will come 500w. Then gear up both the motor sprocket and rear sprocket. How are you ☺️ WOW beautiful 😍❤️ very nice 💞💞 excellent 💗💝😊
APPRECIATE IT💯🍻
How much for all that?
The OverVolt kit is $60 & the lithium battery is $140. But if you still have your 2 stock 12v lead acid batteries, you could just add 1 more 12v battery to make 36v. I suggest just switching to lithium though.💯🙏🍻
The batteries you suggested are currently out of stock. Would I get away with a different lithium? 36v
Does it even hit 17mph doesn’t look like it. Looks slow.
Yeah about 20mph. It blows stock setup out of the water. In person it’s noticeable. But with that said, I just dropped a 36v 800w motor in and a 48v 1000w controller/twist throttle. Should get more bottom end torque/acceleration and top end. 25mph or so. The acceleration leaves a little to be desired especially for an adult rider. So I’d go right to the 36v motor and OverVolt it if you plan on an adult rider. Should have the 48v battery by the end of the week. I’ll end it with this, for the $60 I spent on the controller and throttle for OverVolting stock motor, it was WAY WORTH IT. My sons LOVE IT.💯💯
