Razor mx400, with 350 watts and 24 volts motor. Battery 36 volts lithium ( Overvolt ) 20 MPH with a 180 pound person. It's been a year and no problems. My grandson has a lot of fun.
Replacing the 24V SLA batteries with a 36V is a good project that most anyone can do and that 36V battery lasts for hours. I built 2 of them, but I did retain the brake motor stop feature for safety. So you don’t have to upgrade the motor?
Normally stock motor last a good while, if not, upgrade on Amazon is 65 bucks
Hey wanted to double check, the pin setup in this video is 3 pin? Wanted to buy the kit the same bike. Thanks !
The pin depends on what battery you have
@@JordyBuildsgotchu! So i was thinking of grabbing this same exact setup including battery. Thank you
You’d need the dean battery connector!
@@JordyBuildsur awesome dude ! I def should’ve read the description for the video lol! I’ll tag yall on ig when everything is done aha!
@vincentdao9716 let’s gooo!! 💪
Do overvolt kits kill the motor? I’m hearing people say they do. Do they reletively quickly?
They 98% of the time last a long time no issues however not every motor is perfect. This is a cheap but solid replacement Vevitts Small Brushed Permanent... www.amazon.com/dp/B09KRGTLVM?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

How long does it take to charge?
Depends what ah battery you choose
@@JordyBuilds the cao mm 14 amp battery
Couple hours from dead to charge. Should be less than half of stock if not less
What happens if you use a 36v but up the watts
Up the watts on what
@@JordyBuilds well on the website it says 800w
Yeah, that’s what the controllers rated for you can’t really change that

Yes
Is this battery still available on your website? I didn’t see it
I don’t sell the battery. It’s linked for Amazon
Will it work on a mix 650
I recommend a 48v kit I sell for those. Check out my recent video on the Bellezza

Just got a mx350 and an amazon kit what battery should i buy anybody have suggestions?
Amazon kits aren’t plug and play but I use the cao mm batteries
Has anyone put this in a mx400? Will it fit in the stock casing?
It’s same bike. Battery will fit inside casing, depending on what ah battery you get, but you can also just trim around the top of the battery box like I did on a different bike as well.
Awesome thank you. Also there is a slow/fast switch in the side panel. Anything need to be done with the switch or wires for that with this kit?
That won’t be used
How fast were you going
