@@jugadfactory Thanks. I will share my problem with you. Just guide me what should I look for. Today suddenly I found after placing the key and put it on, there is no display. Then I found none of the button in the handle like start button, lights, upper dimmer, sound, even the speedometer nothing is working. But when I kick start the scooty it was starting and I can ride the scooter as usual. But while riding also none of the button in the handle is working. Not a single button or the speedometer. Let me know what should I check for. Thanks Mate.

bro bohot sahi video banaya idk why did you not use engine flush like stp or diesel instead of petrol because diesel is oil based and when running on ideal in flushing mode it lubricate the engine parts without risk of engine seizing anyways i was wondering why vespa parts are not available outside showroom and my service book has expired with all service completed and dealer is insisting on 3 months service each year afterwards so is that recommended or should i go for 4 months i a year....worst thing is my vespa sxl 125 is giving me terrible mileage something around 27 to 30 kmpl please comment on this......great video....
Firstly thanks for supporting ❤️ i would suggest you to service your vespa on ur own if you have knowledge about mechanical things surely you can do... If not then look for a local mechanic and instruct them as shown in video.. Engine flush are alws best but we named our channel as jugad factory toh not everyone can seek for engine flush.. So i showed up with Petrol... Spark plug... Air filter should be changed its mandatory... Spark plug will give uh better acceleration and new air filter will give uh mileage... Do Change your gearbox oil... Check tyre pressures... Set the idle proper on the strokes of engine... and zoommm you are done 💯❤️

I am planning to buy vxl 125 at Rs 165000
So want to clear few points:
1. Is low mileage issue for only bs4 or also for bs6 engines? Is it really 25 in city within an year or so?
2. Is the 125 cc suitable to go on uphills with 2 people??
3. What is the service cost both free and after free service finishes
4. How is service in major cities like pune and the parts availability?? Do they make us wait for service for 2-3 days?
5. How is the resale value of this high priced product? Do ppl buy it second hand?
6. How are the parts quality? Does handle vibrate overtime like activa as the handle is plastic part
7. Out of white and grey, which colour is easy to maintain and lasts long with same shine? And scratches also are less visible?
Could u help me to recommend another scooters rear brake shoe(activa 3g,Jupiter ,dio) which suits for vespa sxl 125

Gr8 video brother actually this is the best video I ever seen about vespa bhai aapne mere kafi doubt clear kiye so uske liye thanku mere pass vespa SXL 125 hai mere kch questions hai jaise 1. Company recommendation hai isme 5W40 engine oil daalne ke liye or jo castrol aata hai wo 10W40 grade ka aata hai to to kya isse koi issue ho skta hai vehicle pe or agar nhi to MOTUL or CASTROL mai se konsi brand best hai?
2. Vespa ke liye semi-synthetic oil best hai ya fully synthetic.
3. AIR filter ,oil filter Or rollers ko kitne time baad replace krna chahiye.
4. maine youtube pe video dekha tha usme uss bnde ne vespa SXL 150 ke rollers ko Aprillia R150 ke Rollers se replace kiya tha jisse Accelartion or pickup increase ho gya tha what your suggestion about this.

Motul or liqui moly is best
Fully synthetic oil is good for vespa
Air filter change at 12000km or 1 year,oil filter at every service, rollers inspection or replace at 20000 .
If you put Aprilia 150 rollers you will get handle vibration.

How to clean clutch and variator? And valve adjust
For clutch we have to open kick side (left) panel were the clutch is situated.. Just clean all dirt and oil over the clutch.. Belt and the rollers with petrol.! It will increase your pickup ❤️💯🛵 valve adjust is long procedure 😅 head needs to get out😄

M from kolkata I v sxl125 last 2014 total ride approx 1.6 lakh km without any big issues. Mai tumse milna chahta hu bhai . Service center kolkata wale ajkal kuchh jaldbazi me service karne k chakkar me quality bhul gaye. Isme owners ki galti hai gadi badhti ja rahi hai aur machanic 2 senior javed and sajan baki 2 junior se kaam chala raha hai. Service center kolkata team leader bahut achha hai but itna pressure hai ki kaam thik nahi ho raha hai.
Mujhe apna vespa tumse ek bar service karwana hai apna details vejo.
Or sir kuch plastic jal na jaise cent a raha he
My vespa done 76000km done till engine is going strong m using 5w40 oil

Up to 1.5 lakh no problem will be there if u change oil for 2500 kms and once u start leave it for 5 mins and before switching it off 8 mins I have a vespa have rode 1.7 lakh km no problem it's great engine if u decarbonize smoothness will go off if u want smoothness u can use shell v power once full tank that's it

Bhai sabse pehle brake liner check karo uske baad brake wire check kro jisse inner outer kehte hain.... Wheel open karo pani gaya hoga toh rust pakadta hain kabhi kabhi... Aur agar disk brake hain toh disk pad check kro agar disk pe marking aye hai toh disk bhi change kro naito naye pads jaldi khatam hote hain❤️

No need to change it regularly just clean it using petrol and high pressure air

HELP!!Bro my vespa sxl 150 has starting problem self start&kick start not work. But works well when i pull the chock..Why is this problem servicing is also far from my place..I have change engine oil,Spark plug&clean air filter but same issue facing but works well on pulling chock can u please tell me the solution for this...Help

@@Azenta_Meitei really unexpected issue hain yeh bhai main issue will be in carburetor you have to check with ome who knows properly and have knowledge about it... I think it is disturbed some where in float or pilot jet pls consider it to mechanic once
@@jugadfactory yes the mechanic fixed the problem after cleaning carburetor there are some dust particles inside the carb that make fuel block...fixed the problem 😁

Mostly rattling sound piston... Timing chain and valve ki vajah se ati hain head me.. Toh kisi ache mechanic ko dikhao and ask him to check these things mostly wrong timing can cause this things and timing galat toh average bhi kam milega.. Keep supporting keep loveing😊💯

Forks can be repaired too... But I will suggest for new one... We should not try to risk our life by using main imp parts by repairs.. So go for new❤️

Aga khud Kroge toh toh cost ati hain 500-600 ₹ usme engine oil... Gear oil.. Washing yeh sab ayega... Air filter change kroge toh jo rate uska hoga woh add hoga bass baki jyada nai... Oil bhi Castrol use kro local mat lena engine ki puri lag jati bhai😅
