Thank you Kino ! J'ai appris à faire ma première posture de yoga avec vous. Vous m'avez donné envie de me mettre au yoga. Merci

Amazing!
Thanks yogi
Thank you !
I can do this for just a few seconds because it's painful
Please is there any advice? 🌿
Very good.
This is really helpful, thanks Kino. I can get my foot behind my head, but my spine is still in flexion and I can get my head up or neutral. Is it just a case of doing the open pigeon more until I comes? Thanks

Excellent
How long take me to do that ? My flexibility is medium
I feel better already
I can do all the preparatory pose just fine and have been doing them for years but I still can't get my leg behind my head especially on the right side. I gave up secondary series!

I don’t think humans where made to do this
Do you think we were made to sit in cars and on office chair all day?
It's very good to keep your joints mobile or they seize up when you age. Obviously, this particular posture is rather advanced so there would be a lot of prep required. Namaste.
so sweet lovely nice your yoga
