How to install a ground anchor

This video will show you how to install a ground anchor, step by step. You can use an anchor in or out of your Asgard Cycle store for extra protection or to achieve Sold Secure status for insurance purposes. Ground anchors are a great way to help combat bike theft.

My advice to anyone fitting an Oxford floor anchor is to go buy some decent rawlbolts, the ones supplied do NOT drop into a 16mm hole and are too flimsy for the job.

Thats Step 7a whilst gently tapping bolts into ground hit head with hammer and slowly bleed onto ground by the end of step 8

I presume this is installed inside the shed, therefore you will also need to drill through the base of the shed?

Cant anybody just use the alan key to remove it

It comes with a ball-bearing that gets pushed into the screw, so you can't ever unscrew it

Fail! You weren't paying attention - @1:08 a hammer is used to press a ball-bearing into the head of the bolts that were previously expanded with an allen key.
