If both turbos generate the same amount of pressure on the same engine they will both flow the same mass of air because the flow rate is entirely based on air density and displacement rate. It would only be different if they generated the same boost pressure on different engines. Also yes PSI is a unit of pressure but it is used to describe air density in boost applications.

@@GhostlyGhille no, he probably should’ve lifted to regain traction OR stay on the throttle untill the tires stop spinning so when he shifted into the last gear in the video he stays in boost, quite the opposite should’ve stayed in the gears longer and shifted later. Watch some drag racing videos and you’ll see what I’m talking about

It literally is. PSI is basically telling you how dense the air is at the point of measurement. It doesn't matter what turbo is compressing it.
