I am a retired Operating Engineer, 50 year pin and gold watch...Union Member,,,started in 1970 on Cat equipment. This guy's technique is excellent, blade control and load carry is max. production...strip it till ya find somethin' ya can build on. I just have this stuff in my DNA,,,but the last 20 years of career I spent on Cat 160M Graders...and the 345-349 Excavators...easier on my body. I might just sign in at the local hall again this month...March 2024....cause 'it's in my DNA'...HA!!
Wish I had a nickel, for every push I’ve made on a D8,9,10,and our D11R,combined hrs on all 4 ,verified by company records 43,234 hrs of seat time, built miles of logging roads, reclaim work, pushed millions of tons of rock through the years, cut roads in mountainsides, never put one on its top, pushed wood chips, going to miss it,my body won’t though,I’ve trained nearly 40 operators, none of those operators have ever got one stuck or overturned, all became top notch operators, better than me,👍
This Opperator in this machine should be training the next generation of heavy iron operator’s. Every cut is exactly right on. No once did I see any track slipping on the surface. These guys are hard to come by.
Great operator and machine sounds good 👍😎 most nimble cat 🐈 I have seen. Btw the visibility doesn't look good from the operators seat???? I wonder what it is like to see from the seat cheers
Question: what is the hydraulic cylinder mounted on the left side in front of the radiator that goes out to the right side push arm used for? Never happened to see that before.
I'm quite sure you can see it on many machines, especially nowadays - it's tilt cylinder for keeping the blade at the desired angle. Usually you want to keep the blade level, and if you push the material with one side, some of it will go under this side track, tilting the whole machine. Therefore you tilt your blade to a level (or any desired angle) independent of the undercarriage.
@@chrishanson9748 The tilt cylinder is mounted on the right push arm. I know what that is as our machines have that. Ours does not have the one in front of the radiator like I spoke of.
Cat call it a tag link, its a solid bar to stop sideways movement in the blade, D 7 and above have it, smaller machines still have the diagonal brace system to stop side movement.
POWERFULL MACHINE 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I could watch dozer videos every day. Very relaxing to watch.
That's how feel. Stress relieving.
Nice dozer video my friend! 🍻

Bak bende operatörüm yanlız biraz agır kulanırım makinayı senelerce arıza yaptırmamak için ugraşıyorum

More bulldozers please.
Great shots and sound, seen other vids of the D9T, such a great dozer, nimble and agile, yet awesomely powerful when required.
A D11 would be better for the task 😊
she can move some materail that girl can
would have liked to see the dirt going out over the edge. also makes me sad when I realise I will probably never do this again.
Oi 👍👍👍👍👍

Probably the stabiliser arm for the blade. Prevents the blade walking sideways
@@davidpoor8638 Ah, sorry, I haven't seen it at first. It's something akin to a transverse rod in trucks.

This is fantastic footage of the mighty D9T. I would love to see more of this job with longer videos.

Have u removed soil??????????????
11N을 써라~~
Where is being shot at?
This dozer operator has not been trained on how to “slot Doze “and be efficient and productive with this machine
RUclips compression does not like falling sand lol
How much does this machine cost and in what country?
Please is there any vacan I am her
an 11 would be much more productive.
And a 6 would be less productive.
