Thanks for sharing this! I'm a UI designer and often struggle with articulating and painting the story of my design solution(s) and I found this to be incredibly helpful.
Articulating design decisions framework was a gem shared at the end of the talk. I.D.E.A.L
Identify what problem we're solving.
Describe your solution.
Empathise with the user.
Appeal to the business.
Lock in the agreement.
