The mainreason behind it was to reduce the cooldown on battle cry to the absolute maximum and by pressing harmstring for free while in bs to reduce the cd by like 4-5 seconds more.. why not. (bit late comment, i know.)

That nerf isn't set in stone. The FR nerf isn't that bad but the tactician one is a big deal

All classes are 2-4 buttons now. They've removed the skill classes require.
