Took up surfing a couple years ago in northern California. Lots of great breaks between SLO and San Francisco. Gonna be settings up camp back in Santa Cruz and want to get back out in the waves but they're always so damn crowded. Was considering a different watersport and came across your channel. Didn't realize skimboarding could be like that! Definitely gonna start learning. One big question. So I could see y'all were riding the backwash out to the further shorebreaks. Is that a usable trick anywhere?
