When I read this I initially thought that 2026 is some year in the far future.
Then I realized that we have 2020 and that 2026 is just 6 years from now and the time is running extremely fast.
And now I'm sad.

this is why i say radiohead has had one of the best discographies of any band ever, i find stuff like this and immediately knew from the start it was gonna be a great song

At one point Thom could write anything and it would be bloody brilliant.
Listen to the minidiscs and see if you still think so. He was just throwing everything at the wall in '96. There is a LOT of crap there, and only a smattering of lost gems like this.

I so much love that (indeed older) song, from the time of the OK Computer recordings. I am so very thankful Daniel Stashkin offered that gem to us 🙏 Until now, he must have been the only one who did! Since he wouldn't want to tell more about it I got into search again, so just stumbled across an article of the Rolling Stone Magazin from June last year. Around that time Thom's phone got hacked with that unreased 17 hour mini disc material, that you probably know about, which Radiohead decided to offer for download at their website. All fair and good, the sad part is, they gave the revenue to the in my eyes sick group of Extinction Rebellion, which I just can't comprehend at all.. People who search for information about important matters in an independent way must know what's the agenda behind that (already well financed) group and all that stupid CO2 scam, they try to impose on to us. Thom and the members of Radiohead should know better and be aware of this. Or so I thought.
