I love all the music references that you've made when making this video. I mean, there is a preset named, "British Steel." How could one NOT play a few Judas Priest riffs upon trying it out?

Please can you do a comparison with JMP1 Speaker Sim output VERSUS normal output + impulse response?

I’ll return to the JMP-1 eventually and I’ll do the comparison, but I can say right away that personally I use impulse responses. The sim output os a bit too fizzy I think, for live situations with a post-eq I think it might be useful but I wouldn’t use it for recording situations.

I got the JMP-1 for a few years now, and love it besides the ENGL, Synergy modules etc. The speaker SIM... nope. Don't go there. IMO, not worth it. Use IR's, or whatever, and you are golden.

How do you setup these rack pre amps I’ve never used any juts amp heads I no you needa power amp am guessing you connect those two and then into a cab

Yes you are correct, in my case I am emulating the power amp and cab using a pedal called the Joyo cab box, I intend on making another video soon showing how the entire setup works.

You could plug that guitar into a 1968 Fender Super Reverb and it would sound shite because it’s a 1 trick pony designed for gain but to appreciate the clean side of this pre-amp you need something more versatile
