All these gigs are horrible if they continue to have customer ratings because they will deactivate you for fraud done by the customers and all are one sided in favor for the customer and it should be the opposite because the shoppers will not do fraud and risk losing their jobs but the customers don't care and have nothing to lose. These companies need to develop some common sense and get rid of the rating system.
Omg this exact thing happened to me! It is such BS 💯 How is there nothing we can do to change this? It is completely unfair. I had extremely high ratings and extremely good reviews and my account was still deactivated because of "fraudulent activity". I was legit stuck in line at a Wendy's drive-thru for 2 hours for them to only close down the restaurant/drive-thru an hour before they are supposed to close. The restaurant employees did not say a word to anyone. They just turned off all of the lights and that was that. Leaving hella customers still in the drive-thru line waiting to order or pickup an order. Needless to say I did NOT receive my customers order, the order was cancelled not by myself or my customer and somehow it was "fraudulent activity" on my behalf?! Although I was in constant contact with my customer and the delivery app agent letting them know exactly what was going on taking pictures of the drive-thru line and also when they shut off the lights time and date included! Sorry for the rant I am just extremely upset about how I was treated after going above and beyond for the delivery companies that I was contacted with and each and every single customer every single time! 💯
@@jenchapman4377 Ya i no there help center suckssssa to. i’m not sure if you deliver for uber eats but there help and services are a lot better. im not sure where you live but your best bet is trying to find an office and going up there causing hell. they’ll prolly work out sumthing wit you. but from experience the back and forth emails and the talkin on the phone with da guy in asia who barely speaks english is just a waste of time. Uber eats is brttrr imo but door dash gets more orders for sure but uber pays a lil more as well. so its kinda like take your pick you no. sorry bout this thoe i no your mad asf

If the ETA time is late because you had to deliver two orders and they did not adjust the time and the customer thought you were late then the customer will give you a bad rating. If the restaurant does not warm the food hot enough they will give you a bad rating and so uber and door dash will deactivate you for bad ratings BEYOND YOUR CONTROL.

Even before watching this video I'd been wondering if they'd lowered their pay scale. Their own website tells potential drivers signing up they can make around $181 - $452 a month. I'd like to know where that money is?
