    "Digging your own grave" 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
People blaming the real victim and finding this whole thing trivial are part of the problem. They don't understand how difficult it is for men to be believed in domestic abuse cases coz "Believe women" automatically. Like Bill Burr said, all we get now is frontier justice when really due process needs to be followed.

The ironic thing is that women are the first ones to believe men when they report DV (they also are the ones who are angry when a teacher messes with a male student), but it takes men longer to catch up, if at all. I think that men acknowledging what happens to men can help create more empathy overall, because men usually don't believe women EITHER. That's why DV and SA are mostly unreported. That' "Believe women" is FEMALE empathy, and WOMEN are massive supporters of Johnny in this case.

You've missed the testimony about his childhood where his mother abused his father for decades and his father took it, and never fought back. When he finally left her, she tried to commit suicide and was never the same again, and Johnny blamed him for causing her to collapse. Amber used this and repeatedly claimed she would kill herself if he left her. He said he hoped he could help her, didn't want to abandon her, and also that he didn't want to admit he'd failed.

He talks slowly and is cautious with his words because this is what abuse does to a person. An abuser will use any of your words as cause to attack you, so you are careful with what you say. After awhile, it is just how you talk under stress.

Every recording she made during their marriage, which has been submitted by her own team, has only shown his innocence and her guilt. Those recordings are the reason why its falling apart for her. It has erased any speculation as to who the actual abuser was and still is ...
The irony is that, as I mentioned, she secretely and disgustingly recorded tons of abusive interactions during their marriage and then submitted them as evidence. This completely backfired on her and cemented her as the abuser.
It remains to be seen what the jury decides, but the public heard the tapes along with the jury and has made its' decision: The public is on Johnny's side 110%.
You can look up the individual recordings along with her deposition, and you'll hear the insane level of abuse immediately. Her deposition is the worst acting/lying job ever. You'll feel honest nausea for quite a while after watching and listening. Just that is enough to need time and therapy when you're done. It's that bad, it truly is...
Watch the deposition with a body language expert because trust me, you'll feel so disgusted when watching it'll help put everything into perspective. All I can say is the Turd is shameless fellas, just shameless...there's a channel on YT called Observe that did a great analysis of her deposition that you should react to, about 27 minutes long, worth it I think...

She picks a fight, he tries to leave or otherwise avoid conflict, and she gets in the way and INSISTS on conflict. There's a medical record of Johnny's injuries, none of hers. No one can testify to her injuries including completely neutral investigators. The "this doesn't seem like something a gold-digger would do" reasoning your own judge used to justify simping for her in the UK Sun trial was impeached in this trial by the documents of the charitable organizations she lied about donating to. There's a video SHE MADE wherein Johnny's pissed off about something, and what does she do in the video? Does she cower, and hide, and cry like someone who is physically abused by this man might do when he's angry? No. She teases him. She goads him. She inserts herself. And after he snaps at her and storms off WITHOUT HITTING HER, she giggles into the camera. And this behavior is reflected in all the testimony.

I want to know how big of a shit it was. Like was she on a diet of Triscuits and Fiber One to just drop a massive dook or what. Was also smart to just admit he laughed, it's the natural reaction to something so absurd.

Y'all are freaking out over Daz, comment.
It was funny. Dave knows that he is just making light of an awkward situation. Not easy to hear about a friend being abused. But after the joke, he was there for Dave. Daz is a good friend. No doubt he has the best intentions for Dave.
I agree with Johnny. If I saw that, the only thing I would be able to do is Laugh as well. It is bizarre and hard to wrap your head around. why would someone of sound mind do that?

First off, it is abhorrent that Johnny Depp is putting Amber Heard through this just because he lost allot of assets in their separation. Second, Johnny making a mockery of abuse and trauma women go through in relationships is unforgivable and honestly pathetic. He could have manned up but instead he didn't and now is lashing out at this women and we are expected to cheer him on? It is gross and the media coverage on it has been horrible. Lastly, this hearing and how it is being covered is exactly why women are not taken seriously nowadays when bringing up relationship issues because men all of a sudden get to run their name in the muck that is media whether they have a case or not.

I'm not saying Johnny did nothing in the relationship but his life was ruined by her aligations of abuse.. .and she reaped the benefits of a "victim". When in fact she abused him as well.. if men need to be held accountable so do women.

@@danielnajdek Probably shouldn't comment if you don't have reading comprehension skills. I was not discussing anything within the trial, thus your statement 'assuming' I wasn't watching the trial and therefore have no right to speak on it is completely irrelevant besides being untrue in more ways than one. I discussed the absurdity of having the trial in the first place, the ridiculously of the media's involvement making things worse, and my opinion on how Johnny Depp to put it bluntly, reaped what he sowed. Good try though on the attempt to dismiss some ones thoughts using made up rhetoric not related to the conversation at hand. Politician?

when they kind of question his way of describing the poop as "human fecal matter" and sort of allude to that being sus or undermining his credibility: I immediately try to picture what I would do in that same scenario. And similar to JD, I am a survivor of abuse, I have anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar 2, ADHD, addiction (though much less severe addiction thankfully). Due to the symptoms of ALL of those illnesses, combined with just the stress that ANYONE would feel in a trial situation where anything you say can and will be used against you, I know my demeanor would likely be... awkward? I would be uncomfortable, anxious, and trying my best to listen to every detail, and make sure that I always speak as truthfully as I possibly can. I know that in my normal life, when I'm manic, or hyperfixated on something, I talk WAY too fast, and I struggle with volume control; like I literally don't realize right away if I'm too loud, etc. So in that scenario, I'd be HYPER aware of the scrutiny, and therefore WAY overthinking everything little thing I say and do. And like, you're in a publicized courtroom having to relive traumas and also describe this grotesque event while remaining poised. Like literally how do you talk about poop in a way that is taken seriously?! So I completely identify with his slow speaking, his pauses, his stuttering, and his way of describing said poop. I feel like if I just said "this bitch shat on my bed", no matter how true, would not immediately be taken seriously, BECAUSE it's so ludicrous, grotesque, etc. And just having to admit to the world that your wife literally pooped where you sleep is humiliating and awkward and cringe for literally everyone involved. So my immediate perspective was that this was not him acting or milking or whatever; it was that he just was truly so uncomfortable and anxious and just... still shocked that this was a real thing he was having to talk about. I was uncomfortable listening to it years later from a reaction video; I can't imagine how uncomfortable it was in that moment for him and for everyone else, even if for different reasons (ie, Amber is likely uncomfortable bc her true nature is being revealed, jurors are uncomfortable having to deliberate over whether this was factual, the whole thing with the story and photo being objected to, Everyone was probably thinking my GOD how did we get here and how do we get out of here. Idk. Just my perspective, as a person who is SO self-conscious, traumatized, anxious, etc that it is sometimes to my own detriment- I can come off as too collected or too "rehearsed", and it's not bc I'm actually calm or callous; it's just bc I've just analyzed and overanalyzed so much that by the time I'd get to court, I could see myself being like Johnny. But. I would never lie or purposely omit truth and I think that's part of what Johnny has going for him too. He can be taken out of context and made to look unbothered, but in reality, he can often BE unbothered with some of the loaded questions bc he KNOWS that he has the truth on his side. He's not 100% innocent, but even ONE shred of evidence that alluded to him having ever put hands on her would have completely destroyed his case. And Amber's team never ONCE was able to back up with real evidence, the insane claims she was making against him. I went into this whole thing like most women; I assumed I'd side with the woman. I actually avoided really diving into it until just recently, bc with my current mental health state being very fragile, I literally just did not want to mentally reconcile with the possibility of having to say to myself and anyone I talked to about it, that I did not believe a woman who came forward with her story of abuse. Bc I have BEEN a woman struggling with escaping abusive partners, and I have had female friends tell me to my face that it was my fault, I led them on, I was exaggerating, I was "psycho", etc. So naturally it would feel quite hypocritical to turn around and tell another woman I don't believe her. All of this to say, it's unfair to use Johnny's speech pacing and patterns to say that he's acting if you're not going to have that same energy towards Amber's demeanor as well. When you match up the actual evidence presented with each of the testonies, answers, etc, Johnny comes off WAY more genuine than Amber. Even JUST with the poop incident- if he WAS acting when telling that story, and exaggerating certain things, or even perhaps lying about it, what on gods fucking green earth would you gain from that?!
