Before anything else, I just wanna say that Eve has been such a HUGE inspiration to me! His works have always resonated so much with me and make me really happy. So, I was really excited to make this UTAU cover/animation :3
I started this animation project around December 2022 and I FINALLY finished it today. It's been 8 months TwT. It took a long time because I had school stuff and general life things as usual. I also had to pitch down the instrumental a little so that Angel can sing it properly hehe

Some of the choreo from the original MV was in my animation but I had to create my own choreo to fill in the spots without any ^^

Your dance sequences are always on another level, god, it's so good. I'm curious, when animating such complicated movements, do you use actual videos with dancing people for reference or something else? Because everything looks so natural, it's absolutely stunning! Amazing job, love it

To be honest, my only reference for some of the dance sequences are from the original MV. For most of the choreo I made up, I just relied on key poses I drew and inbetweened them. Sometimes if the pose was WAY too complicated I would pose in front of my camera and use that as a reference lol
@@magi_502 omg that's so impressive, your feeling of movement is so good!! It's really smooth, I especially like the hair and clothes physics. Everything looks so three-dimensional, but in a very stylized and not a rotoscoped way, if that makes sense? Not that that would've been a bad thing, but I had the urge to ask, because it's a super cool thing to make basically from scratch. And don't even get me started on the rest of the video, there is so much creative stuff there. I really hope more people find your content, you absolutely deserve it :D
