Rule: You always have to apply at the consulate of the country which is your primary destination. What is the confusing here?
Hi, I have a valid spain schengen visa, I was supposed to travel to spain in April, but that plan got cancelled. The visa is valid for 3 months, multi entry. I have to travel to denmark in May & Netherlands in June. Should I apply for denmark visa separately now? Or will the spain visa work? All the travel is for business purpose & I have all the valid documents required

I have been to Europe twice (first as student in 2012 for an exchange program, applied to Italy) and then in 2022 (with family, visited four countries for a whole month, applied to Switzerland because we were staying there the longest (8 days)).
We showed return flight tickets from India (India to Paris, and return from Athens to India), 5 hotel bookings, 2 Airbnb bookings, Swiss half-fare card, internal railway tickets (eg, Paris to Zurich, Zurich to Milan), one ferry ticket, one internal flight. On your cover letter and itinerary, write as if you have already been granted the visa.

This has happened because there is a term for this , called visa shopping which is illegal. They should have proved their intention to travel to visa issuing country by showing some documents

I went to Europe 2 months back and returned early November. My flight was with Etihad and they did ask for the return flight ticket and accommodation proof for the destination city which was Munich. Nothing else. They said that they check this to make sure that they don't have to deal with deported travelers as it will become their responsibility to get them back to India.

Hi! I'm going to visit my sister in Switzerland. But I'm going to enter schengen area in Paris to watch the French Open (tennis) first. Then head to switzerland. I am applying for swiss visa (Visitor) as most of the dates I'll be in Switzerland. Should I put all of this in my cover letter and the documents.

In the current Israel scenario, is it safe to travel through Oman Airways or Kuwait Airways which has a stop at Muscat or Istanbul/Kuwait ?

Yes it's safe. I've travelled in last 6 months via Doha and Muscat and everything is fine

If in your visa application also you showed sister accommodation then nit required otherwise yes

Yes, Most important thing is your main destination where you will stay the most has to be the country that issued the visa. If you spend equal days in two or more countries and don’t have a main country then you have to apply at the embassy of your first port of entry.

My visa denied just few days back what should I do
I have been following Amit on YT to get information regarding the Schengen visa. You can travel 2-3 times to Schengen. And plan to utilise all 90 days of travel days.

Yes dude, I can feel your pain. Jaise most house help ko treat kiya jata hain India mein, waise hi paschim ki duniya treat karti hain desi ko, garib hain, toh sayad chori karega. They deny fearing a desi would travel and won't return, stay illegally. If you can demonstrate that you are rich then no problems, for example business owner. Salaried ki toh :-(

Mostly US immigration is not fussy about such things. You should still be ready to answer if the query comes and keep some written records. I visited the US in 2017 for the first time and the relative address in DS form was of san francisco but I went to new york. No questions were asked but I had my travel plan further to san francisco along with return tickets etc.

You are in sams dangerous situation as described in this video. You must prove your intentions that you are going to stay in switzerland for maximum duration by showing airlines and hotel reservation. I can't say if you need only reservation or confirmed ticket.
But I am sure you need to prove them that you are going to live maximum in visa issuing country.
And mistakenly if you say to anyone whether airlines or immigration officer that you will not go to visa issuing country.

Don't change your travel plan right after getting visa. Embassies generally check hotel bookings after issuing Visa also.

This sounds like a scam. Lufthansa might've overbooked, hence doing this drama to avoid paying compensations.

A different city should be okay. The problem arises when the couple mentioned in this video decided to skip the visa-issuing country altogether 😅

Your entry and exit should be GREECE. Which means you should book flight to a city in Greece and depart from a city in Greece.
During the period of your stay, you can travel other Schengen areas but as a general practice, it is also considered safe that you stay maximum time in the country which gave you the VISA

Your videos are very informative, I am a government employee, I want to visit Europe (starting point is France) with my wife and we have just received a rejection letter. My tour date is 10 th May to 22 th May. This is a group tour arranged by a tour agency.
We both got the same rejection reason is 'The information submitted....not reliable.
१) Out of 5.2L balance, I hv taken 4L from my SBI Maxgain account where I parked this surplus amount to save the interest just 10 days before the appointment and only mentioned that I transferred it from my another account, I didn't provide max gain account details becz that statement shows negative amount (i.e your remaining loan amount) should I need to submit that account statement also.
२) I had done a sale deed last week, I have not submitted that DD in my account till date. Shall I need to submit it and should I attach an agreement copy, as amount is big.

I just extended my tickets than they asked me many questions why you extended your tickets i can not allow you travel go to embassy and get noc then i went to embassy and than same thing happened they canceled my visa with a big cross on my visa which is very bad experience because of that crossed i always feel demotivate.

Very sad but you are correct. This all is happening due to people illigially staying abroad. I went to Denmark 2 weeks back and visited Germany too. In Germany, too many illegal Indian immigrants.

And if in first instance the passenger would have said that they will go to Switzerland and if they would have carry some tickets reservation. They would be allowed. But because they might not be aware about this so they told them real truth.

You will have to first go to the country for which you have got the visa. You cannot go to another country, after that you can go to another country. First you will have to go to the country where you have got the visa and will have to spend more days there.
