Hi, Amit, in Apllication Form "S.No.26. Member State of first entry"; should I mention the first layover airport in Europe or the final destination. eg. if final destination is spain with layover in Paris for 5 hrs. So, whether it should be France or Spain. Thanks

First check in which country you spending maximum number is days.
If number of days are same then only select first entry point.
In your case if you spending same number of days in Spain France and Italy for example. Then select France.
If you spending same number of days in Spain and Portugal. Select Spain and not France for this 5 hours of layover
While filling the application form the credit card and other columns remained to be ticked erroneously. At the time of submission can I submit the same document @ VFS?

I was refused visa last week reason is there’s reasonable doubts for you to leave the Schengen area when your visa expires. This’s the only reason the consulate gave hope i can reapply please list me few supporting documents i need to add to reapply on that same reason

I want to point out that there are few countries like Germany, Spain, etc that offer a free reconsideration appeal option. It takes around a month but that is how I got my Spain visa after it was rejected on counts 10 & 13 in june

@@raannuu Print out an appeal letter written in Spanish along with supporting docs (If any) and directly submit at BLS center. No appointments needed. For more info, call BLS customer care and ask them.

I see that you mentioned stuff about Embassies looking into your work related documents and leave granted from company, etc. In her case if she's been a home maker since 2018, just the bank statement is enough? Also, if lets say we show 20 lacs in the account, is to be kept locked in the account for some defined time period prior to application? Sorry to be asking so many questions...
My question is in the context of her applying for Schengen Visa
If you are inviting her then you can mention all these details in cover letter of her being a homemaker and not employed anywhere.
Such high amount is not required in account since she's not working. 2-4 lacs are enogh

Hi sir! Just a quick question. I have applied for schengen visa last year and i thought the validity date is the day i am allowed to stay. I was given a visa valid from dec 15, 2022 to january 13 2023, and the duration is just 15 days. I have not realized until now that i have overstayed for 10 days 😔 but was able to come back to my home country. I just got approved for 30 day duration now, my worry is that when i enter the schengen country, will it create a problem for me?

Hello Bhaiya! I am currently pursuing my Masters in Germany and I wanted to call my father here for visit purpose and travel purpose but unfortunately his visa got rejected today owing to the reasons in the points 3 and 10 of the rejection letter. My father is retired from a private company, and he gets very minimal pension. My mother is the earner in our family currently and we also earn a little bit from the rent that we get. You can travel anywhere in schengen within validity schengen visa

For self employed, a gst registration and current account statement is required by them. If that is not available then mention in your cover letter

Lithuania cross check karegi ki kya, why CZECH REPUBLIC refused me,and they will refused me,to behalf of CZECH REPUBLIC decision?
My profile is very good,bank balance is also good and travel history is good,I had also Czech republic visa in 2018 but not traveling due to injury
