    Solution to this problem right here- I have a similar case. I am applying through Norway but i booked my flight to Sweden as first point of entry into the schengen area by mistake, so to really clear this up I emailed the Norwegian embassy in London and they confirmed that I can still apply for a Norwegian visa whilst having sweden as first point of entry. All one needs to prove is the correct itinerary.

    • @Introvertliving
      @Introvertliving 10 месяцев назад

      Does that involve a flight ticket to the visa issuing country?

    • @visheshanksharma9550
      @visheshanksharma9550 10 месяцев назад +1

      @@Introvertliving so your flight ticket can be to any country, but you have to apply for a visa from the country where you plan to stay the longest. In case you plan to stay equal number of day at more than 1 destinations, then I believe your visa has to be from the country which is your first point of entry. You can always email the respective embassies and get clearance for your queries. Hope this helps.

      It’s just common sense, you can’t bring the a sole itinerary of another country to another embassy and expect to get the visa. Even if you never intended to visit Germany , your itinerary shouldn’t have stated that. Besides, all these visas have quotas. So let those who want to visit Germany get it.

    VERY INTERESTING VIDEO ..... I had suspected this was true but the applied to country wants you to think you will spend all your time there, but NO, you can go on to other countries.....
    I am assuming your TIME required IN YOUR APPLIED country DOES NOT HAVE TO BE done there but in ANY SCHENGEN member country ??
    SO, if I apply to Portugal D7 visa and get it, they require you stay in Portugal 6 months per year but IN FACT you can spend your time IN ANY SCHENGEN country and it should count. CORRECT !
