I'm so happy I found this! Working on a witches wand for my daughter's Halloween costume. Gonna have a real crystal at the end, 3d printed wand, leather wrapped handle, quad led - the works. I go all out for my kids what can I say lol. I didn't think of wiring it like this, thought I was gonna be stuck with just using the white led.
What resistance value are you using? It's hard to see the bands but is it 10ohms resistor? With a 3V battery, you are getting 0.3A total current split into 3 equal paths with 0.1A current?
? I have 2 smd led lights 1 red and 1 green trying to make navigation lights for my titanic model ship so can I use this method but instead of the yellow section just use red and green so 2 led lights in a series with 2 switches
If I was to use a separate resistor for each led for the red led and green led could I run both of the red and green lights together on one power supply box with a switch

for those asking... just use 1Kohm resistor... will be more than enough.
