Yes appreciate you reaching out! It really depends how often you use honestly! If you are consistent as much as you can do, I always advise my patient's 2 to 3 weeks you should be able to get used to it. If you are using and practicing if you cant get used to it at least by then you'll know the reason why you cant. Another mask may be needed or adjustments to the machine could help.
