[EN] Hey, Pilotos! How about an escort mission? I always wanted to fly a multiplayer escort mission, but since I couldn't find a mission/server like this, I designed a mission and played against some bots... =/ [PT-BR] Olá Pilotos! Que tal uma missão de escolta? Eu sempre quis voar uma missão de escolta em multiplayer, mas como nunca consegui encontrar um servidor assim, fiz uma missão e joguei contra bots... =/
This has got to be one of the best videos of an epic air battle done with a simulator! The lighting and camera shots are great, together with the tense music in the background! Congratulations :)
Thank you very much!!! I'm really glad you enjoyed! That is what my channel is all about, I'm always trying to make it epic and cinematic as much as I can and within the limitations of camera angles and movements of each simulator. =D
Very nice mate, I don't have the p-51 but I do have my Spitfire! Let me know if you ever want to put a server up and do an escort mission that would be fun for sure.
Humm...this would awesome! My only concern is my potato powered internet connection! But, why not? Lets try it! If we didn't succeed, we can go to Burning Skies or ACG servers... Do you have Normandy map also?
Grande CapFreddy! =/
At some atmospheric conditions of pressure and temperature, the water vapors at the engine exhaust condenses. This generates those trails you are seeing. If you want to know more, they are called contrails or condensation trails. =D
Eu iria no IL-2. Apesar de gostar muito do realismo do DCS, ele não tem muita gente jogando online. Os servers do DCS não chegam nem perto dos números de pessoas que você vê no IL-2 e nem da variedade de unidades, armamentos e tipos de missões.
Oh yeah! Since 1941 the reptilian-illuminati oligarchy is spraying mind control chemicals on our atmosphere. I'm glad that DCS modeled it accurately. #ConspiraciesAreReal o7
Yeah ..realistic? Not These fighters even at minimum power would have to s turn in front of the bombers.... Why was not the B29 used in Europe... The fighters woukd burn up theur fuel keeping up with its operating speed... These GAMES are BS... But they are fun...
What are you talking about? The cruising speed of the B-17 is around 160 knots, the Bf-109s stalling speed is 90 knots. There's no need for S turns neither in DCS nor in real life. Engaging a box formation from it's six on level was suicide anyway. The B-29 was commissioned mid 1944. By that time the allies had air superiority over Europe and smaller, shorter range heavy bombers like the B-17 and B-24 had been operating successfully for a year and a half over Europe from existing airfields that were constructed specifically to handle aircraft that size. Also the B-29 high altitude precision bombing concept was utterly impractical due to jet stream winds and it wasn't that fast either. 190 knots are no biggy for any axis fighter so they would've been far from burning up their fuel... No offense but I seriously doubt your ability to judge whether this game is realistic or not.
@@jakebeaker4243 my B29 use comment wasn't meant to be taken seriously...just wishful thinking... The s turns was a tactical comment...I'm sure it was based on fuel consumption and the like ...

That was amazing! good play
Thank you!! I'm planning another one like this, but flying as a german.... o7
JorgeHFJ would love to see ;)

Nice escort mission, Jorge. You did a great work escorting the B-17 bombers on DCS World.
Thank you!! =D
Outstanding graphics and performance, I was glad you got the one fighter that had down a B - 17. Good video
Thank you!! It was very exciting! =D

wow! Great job
Thanks mate! Glad you liked!
I'm planning a similar video flying a Bf 109 K-4 against the B-17 formation... Let's see what happens! =D
Superb flying! As always..
No DCS dá pra jogar online com outros? Esses eram IA, certo?

Huhauhahua me empolguei e esqueci de responder... Sim, são IAs.
1 fighter escorting 12? Government doesn't care as i can tell....
If I recall correctly, there were more 3 P-51s with me.... Not much, but better than being alone there...
VERY COOL!!
what's with all the smoke behind the planes?

@@JorgeHFJ Thanks for the explanation
Never noticed the movements of the pilot.the pilot jump of the planeXD
Me too, but I noticed it when I was recording for this video... My first thought: Wow! This will be on the video!!! Hehehehehe
it must be
thats super cool
Thanks musete10! o7
Do the bombers ever drop a payload on targets? Can dcs do that? By the way fun video great work.
Yes! The surviving ones did! They totally can do carpet bombing on DCS! =D
Thanks, mate!
@@JorgeHFJ that's awesome.
Il-2 ou DCS no WWII? Abs

Parecia que estava invisível para os inimigos
Chemtrails is real
