Red faced liocichla | Sikkim birding | Birdwatching | Birds of India | East Sikkim nature

We found our first Red faced liocichla at a remote village in East Sikkim. This is a very shy small sized laughing thrush, only found in a narrow zone of the Eastern Himalayas. We were lucky to witness this wonder of nature while on a winter birding trip to the magnificent state of Sikkim.
