- Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un signed a mutual defense agreement in Pyongyang. Putin described the pact as a "truly breakthrough agreement" as NBC News' Claudio Lavanga explained on Early Today.

Imagine being afraid of an army trapped in the 1960s. They have almost no way of transporting people or artillery outside of railway and there's only like two railways that lead outside of North Korea and only one that goes through Russia. It would take them months to move soldiers and equipment around to respond to Russia being attacked. It's not a real threat. It's bluster and saber rattling.
Have you forgoten what have you done in NKorea and Vietnam? Or in Ukraine who ovwrthrow Yanukovich? And btw in past 1000 years how many times you tried to destroy Russia?
