OBS 27.1.3 / 27.2.1 Game Capture Not Working (League 108 fps cap)

Edit: It still might be Riot's fault.
The 108 fps problem still occurs if you use Window Capture with the Windows 10 capture method (the one with the yellow border) for anything else. I tried capturing a chrome tab while playing and was getting frame capped in League but not in DTXMania.
The one workaround I found was to use the BitBlt (Windows 7 and up) option for Window Capture

MSI Afterburner is probably why this doesn't work, and there's a workaround here: obsproject.com/wiki/Game-Capture-Guide#common-resolutions-for-game-capture-issues
In my brief testing, this looks to be worse quality and framerate. I'll test it out more, but I'm probably staying on 27.0.1

Today i did a update for OBS 27.2.3, and the RivaTuner thing worked for me, had this black screen issue with Warzone, now it's fine, with OBS opened and the game running, needed to look again for the game in game capture tab, after choose it, it took almost one minute to show de game. Thanks for the previous tips.

same issue with streamlabs obs, is there any fix yet? i still have the old version of obs on my pc and it works fine but i have to remake all my scenes

I haven’t checked for updates yet as everything works for me right now

It's cause I use afterburner, but I feel like the workaround doesn't look as good / isn't as smooth, so I might just stay on the old version
