He really glossed over the finer quirks and nuances of the LMG lineup, especially the Bull and Rhino, so much so that I would say his "review" is factually incorrect and misrepresents each weapon, and how they function. @@wagonranger7388 It is "like" GD-22S in that it has 0.35 ads moving cof. But it doesn't have rest of the advantages of a more portable 167 damage LMG, and rest of stats (not counting 0.35) is generally just worse EM6/Gauss Saw S.
@@EcchiRevenge Yes, the TMG and GD-22S both have 0.35 standing moving ADS CoF, which is a very important and often overlooked stat. I'm saying that the trio of TMG, Flare and SAW-S are nearly identical in everything. The only differences of note being: Flare has worse horizontal recoil and better vertical recoil (and no bullet drop), the TMG has better standing moving ADS CoF, better recoil recovery, and no access to extended mags, and all three differ by 15 m/s bullet velocity (following faction traits of NC fast and VS slow) and FSRM (which TMG has the best and VS the worst). Besides weapon attachment preferences, the TMG is arguably slightly better than the SAW-S and Flare because of the 0.35 CoF. The EM6 has very different stats, although it fills the same/similar role. I'm just nitpicking to be "technically" correct. You left the best comment so far.
Curious as to how you differ the T16 Rhino and T32 Bull? Overall they follow pretty similar architypes (excluding attachments/mag sizes. Attachments for me more about augmenting the base weapon hence why I still put them as similar in design). The TMG-50 though does have the better damage drop off range and the same minimum damage output as all other LMGs (125, excluding the Watchman), so would also be interested in hearing your thoughts on that too. As always, appreciate the feedback mate!
@@CAMIKAZE78 The T16 Rhino and T32 Bull used to be very similar until the great LMG rebalance. The T16 Rhino, with its better maximum damage range, up to 200 magazine capacity and 500 ammo pool is now a dedicated point-hold weapon. The T32 Bull however, is not. With its best-in-class recoil, bullet speed and damage drop-off, it's a dedicated mid to long range LMG. The TMG 50 fails in that role because it vertical kicks like mule, which becomes problematic at long ranges. It's a weapon for tap fire headshot try-hards but it doesn't fulfill any specific tactical role in the TR arsenal.
TMG's failure isn't even vertical recoil. It's the fact that it has the "TR faction trait" of 3 kicks in same direction horizontally. iridar-mirror.knyazev.io/index.html%3Fp=1343.html
If theres trusting planetside wiki, rhino has max CoF of 1.2 degrees. Even though not officially being cq weapon, i've witnessed many situtations when upon falling or recovering from bad movemement you need to take the shot. Instead of the fire missing from all sides, the max CoF enables the pattern remain relatively tight.
just got my hand on the msw-r yesterday, had a blast with it, and this video explains why i like it pretty well. Defenitely interested in trying out the tmg-50 as well.
TMG-50 is basically a waste of certs when you can just buy T32 instead. If you do headshot exclusively(not that you would; but it's something to strive for, and often are forced into as mana turret/headglitching enemy exists) it's the same 4 shot kill outside the 8m range at with 167 damage with HVA can 3 shot headshot(it wasn't a competitive hs ttk anyway) due to identical 125 minimum damage. It could really use a buff to max damage range(like T16, not that T16 is any good when you can...as usual...just get the T32) if it's to stay competitive. Quite sad really, it sounds good and looks good with its newer unique model. But the performance just isn't quite there. (pay attention to TMG-50's horizontal recoil intensity and tolerance to see why - it's one of few weapons with the worst trait in game of being able to jump 3 times horizontally in same direction consecutively). iridar-mirror.knyazev.io/index.html%3Fp=1343.html I hope you didn't buy it yet. If you haven't auraxed every other LMG, just get those(hell, even Rhino has a decent place with 20m max damage range).
with how hva ammo works now, rhino and tmg hold their damage at pretty long ranges. rhino and its other faction twins start dropping off at 20 meters which is pretty unique vs other full auto primary weapons.
DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA MG-H1 WATCHMAN Is my favorite LMG. Always has been. Its all dakka. And thats what I want DAKKA
T16 Rhino is the best IMO. Amazing recoil without a grip and the 200 round extended mags make crazy long killstreaks possible. Its like the NS-15 with bigger mags.
Anybody here who understands why the TMG-50 drops down to 125 at lowest damage tier? I recall the matching LMGs for the other factions not having such a high damage drop off. Favourite goes to T-32 Bull, though. Nice Video!
TR LMG's seem to be very situational. MSW-R is great, but has a limited ammo pool and with a magazine size of only 50, you'll find yourself overwhelmed quickly if you're trying to stand your ground. Watchman is great in close quarters, it has a wicked dropoff making you wonder if you're shooting nerf balls at targets down range. The Bull, great for an assault/breeching role due to it's quick reload. But, due to the slow fire rate you'll find it lacking in almost any other scenario. The Rhino is great for suppression due to the extended mag boosting it to 200 rounds. But, the slow fire means you have a limited damage output for engagements where you need to drop multiple targets quickly. Only one that's average across all scenarios is the T9-Carv, it's sturdy and reliable, but doesn't really stand out in any particular way.
@@mathomesa So for the middle to long range I stick with either the T9 Carv S, T32 Bull or the Naginata. I'd expect a lot of people to rep the T16 Rhino but the Rhino is honestly outclassed by the bull since it has better damage drop off at range as well as better hip fire and aim accuracy along with a faster reload which makes it a better overall weapon for most situations. The Rhino is a weird gun to me because it's meant for long range but then comes with worse drop off at range but better damage at closer ranges where it fails due to high hip fire cof and slower rpm. Just not a good gun for its intended role. Now if a larger mag is needed the Carve S is pretty much my go to for most situations. It has worse drop off at range but better stability overall with a complimentary set of attachments that gives it the best recoil control of any gun in the arsenal. Afterwards the Naginata is great since it has the same dropoff values as the bull but it requires a little more skill to master so I'd stick with the Carv S for ease of use.
@@donterrenoalto4235 For mainly long range I default to the Bull. It has good drop off at range and because it's so easy to control I don't even bother with a forgrip. Slap on a laser sight and soft point ammo and you have a weapon that's good across all ranges. Alternatively you cat set it up for strictly long range engagements with a compensator, forgrip, and hva but I prefer the former, just depends on how good you are with recoil control.
Watchman or carv ,Watchman since when you get good and in sync with her,she becomes one of the fastest TTK weapons in tr's lmg armory Carv because it is just Nice
Should do a review on something that isn't looked at really and that is the rocket launchers. Only ones that get looked at are mainly the 3 unique ones to each faction, the T2 Striker (TR) NS15 Phoenix (NC) and Lancer VS22 (VS), should do a review on the TR faction specific rocket launchers.

TBH all of TR auraxium weapons feel underwhelming compared to other factions.
Idk if its sad or cool but 2 days ago I heard Camikaze on command chat and was like wait I'm watcing a vid that's actually him 😂
Yeah I was jumping in command chat a couple of days ago, was fun rolling with the TR for the making of the video!
@@CAMIKAZE78 love ya and the channel man

SLAMS TABLE DRAMATICALLY!!!! THE TMG-50 IS GODS GREATEST GIFT ON AURAXIS AND YOU CANT CHANGE MY MIND!!!!
T16 Rhino and T32 Bull differ actually more than you would think and the TMG 50 is a medium distance weapon at best.
*LOVE* the watchman, been a TR main since planetside 1 back in 2003 :P
T32 Bull is the best in my eyes.
with right attetchments you can go for short and longrange.
just got my hand on the msw-r yesterday, had a blast with it, and this video explains why i like it pretty well. Defenitely interested in trying out the tmg-50 as well.
Both awesome weapons mate, very much appreciate it!
(pay attention to TMG-50's horizontal recoil intensity and tolerance to see why - it's one of few weapons with the worst trait in game of being able to jump 3 times horizontally in same direction consecutively).
iridar-mirror.knyazev.io/index.html%3Fp=1343.html
I hope you didn't buy it yet. If you haven't auraxed every other LMG, just get those(hell, even Rhino has a decent place with 20m max damage range).
What about those pistols though.
Everyone has one ^^
Maybe one of these days :) Gotta get through the primary weapons first!

@@manbuckett3460 TR magic my friend. TR magic.
with how hva ammo works now, rhino and tmg hold their damage at pretty long ranges. rhino and its other faction twins start dropping off at 20 meters which is pretty unique vs other full auto primary weapons.
DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA DAKKA
MG-H1 WATCHMAN Is my favorite LMG. Always has been. Its all dakka. And thats what I want DAKKA
You mentioned the max a while back. When will you revisit? You said we'd get more news soon and I don't believe we ever did. Maybe I missed it.
We will be getting around to it eventually, it's just one of those things I never got around to! Will happen soon I hope :)
@CAMIKAZE78 why fidnt you review the butcher is it because its a directive weapon?
T16 Rhino is the best IMO. Amazing recoil without a grip and the 200 round extended mags make crazy long killstreaks possible. Its like the NS-15 with bigger mags.
And a more comfortable sound and recoil pattern
Though I love them all respectively, my absolute favorite LMG is the TMG-50. Followed closely by the T9 CARV-S, and the Watchman.
Great video as always. Would love to see you cover TR Carbines relatively soon--We have a lot more signatory Carbines than we do LMGs, I feel.
let me tell you this, CHAINGUN! thats all there is to it, you dont need anything els then the CHAINGUN!
What's the exact FOV in this video? Looks like... ~90?
I already auraxed them all. If ya'll want any recommendations lemme know. Great vid as always Cami
whats the best one for middle long range assault
What is the best one for long range battles?
@@donterrenoalto4235 tmg 50 my personal favourite
The watchmen is a freaking Lazer with the forward grip. Pretty much every time I click my mouse I am almost garunteed a kill
Watchman or carv ,Watchman since when you get good and in sync with her,she becomes one of the fastest TTK weapons in tr's lmg armory
Carv because it is just Nice

T32 Bull
T16 Rhino
T9 Carv

Slug shotguns!
idk who will see this but is it even worth picking up or using the bull or rhino vs the naginata (i already own the naginata love it)
Should do a review on something that isn't looked at really and that is the rocket launchers. Only ones that get looked at are mainly the 3 unique ones to each faction, the T2 Striker (TR) NS15 Phoenix (NC) and Lancer VS22 (VS), should do a review on the TR faction specific rocket launchers.
I feel you should include directives in this, because many people aren’t aware of the attachements and new players aren’t aware of how bad they are
Directive weapons are not covered in the series as this is more designed to help new players, and directive weapons are something new players won't be looking at for a long time. As a result, they will be more experienced and outgrow the goals of the series as a player :)
CAMIKAZE78 yes, but I’ve seen plenty who think those are impossible to get an OP, because noobs always get farmed by battlegoose heavies or Godsaws, etc...
Just a review or a note to let new players know directives suck lol
I love playing engineer and ive been debating using an ASP point to unlock a Assault Rifle or LMG, I like both, and I am about equally skilled with either so any thoughts on which to unlock are appreciated.
What is the level you can use ASP? Do we have it once we hit that level?
@@alfredchen4579 I think it is 120. Been a while since I played. An ASP point is kinda like a call of duty prestige token where you reset your level and you get the ASP point to add that extra level of customization for the next run through

I hear you using the term "dakka" a lot. Have you ever thought about doing Warhammer 40k content?
I imagine the Orks of WH40k and planetmans of the TR would get along rather well. I mean, look at the list of traits they share:
1. love Dakka;
2. know there's never enough Dakka;
3. know 'dah red ones go fastah'
4. have silly vehicle designs;
5. love mass infantry deployment;
6. are born and bred soldiers;
7. make their income through violence
8. frequently get run over by their allies
Hell, the green-skins might even be able to grasp of the TR's classic "Peace through superior firepower" doctrine.
That or they'll just krump each other. The Orks would get a kick out of an endless war against infinitely respawning, immortal humies either way.
Dakka 1, dakka 2, less dakka, DAKKA, more dakka
"Identical damage models" on the T16 and T32 isn't quite accurate. The T16 has 20 m of max damage range, while the T32 has the normal 10 m.
I have just gone and had a look and realized that mistake, that is my apologies! Have put a correction in the comments section now :)
Give us the disco boys >:(
Why doesn’t the T9A Butcher get more credit you can easily farm with the gun anything over 30 meters you shouldnt even be using it anyway everytime you use the gun correctly getting 8+ kills per death is easy

T9 CARV imo i hate it because i auraxiumed it before it get buffed back when it had such horrible recoil now is decent and more noob friendly but has no skill ceiling like its faction counterparts
MSW-R A meta gun good as Orion but no as Beteñgeuse it has better vertical recoil but worse horizontal recoil
CARV-S worse CARV
Rhino I auraxied before the Spa buff it is still mediocre at best
Bull is underrated is easy has no recoil and crazy speed but short ammo
TMG-50 is a poorsman NC lmg with huge recoil but can reward you for headshots still you have tu burst fire alot
Watchman Same as TMG burst and headshot has a huge recoil but decent moving COF but for some reason sucks hipfiring
Butcher is trash
Watchman is such a disappointing and misguided weapon. Such cool look, such fire rate, but you can't dakka. Medium range burst fire aiming for headshots. Sad.
My favorite TR LMG is the one lying on the ground after being dropped by the guy I just shot.
Sorry TR, I'm VS for life B)
