Bryan is wrong about this. If your job is taken by a robot, it means a robot can do it better. All of a sudden, robots will be capable of doing the majority of jobs better, and when nobody has jobs, we will suffer through a temporary hiccup, only to rebound into a much better society. So good that it’s difficult to envision it.
There is nothing that can be done to stop it. You can complain all you want, but it’s only a matter of time, because there is no stopping progress. It’s nothing to fear; life is about to get better for all of us.
Hollywood disappearing, and people like THIS being forced to live like a REGULAR PERSON would be the best thing to ever happen in this country. STAY ON STRIKE FOREVER

@@michaelretzlaff4083 maybe if the writers actually worked on projects outside of superhero movies and endless reboots of boring culturally irrelevant drivel from 1990s than there probably would be higher demand for their service, and would potentially be given higher wages in exchange when it was requested. It's not the fault of "the system" for these talentless hacks being unable to write a decent script. My words may seem harsh, but I am sick to death of the endless array of garbage being shuffled down our throats, while these people snub their noses at us on a regular basis and then demand to be paid extra for writing trash. I'm sorry, but that doesn't fly for me. You may disagree, and I respect your disagreement, but I have a lot of resentment for pretentiousness and self congragulatory "virtue" that oozes out of modern Hollywood, while being unable to write a decent original story.

The more you protest the AI taking away your job, the more they will invest on that idea, saving millions if not hundreds of millions not having to pay one or two movie stars.

@@Justmakinggains Do my research? It's literally my field to support giant networks like AWS and Azure which are the backbone of complex AI / deep learning. What you're attempting to do is prevent technology from doing what it's always has done, which is evolve. See how history has ended up for the luddites. You might get big deals from big corporations in the short term, but it's more than likely they will build shell companies to invest in AI replacements which have no deals with SAG etc. In the long run this will not go well. I have good news however, I think you're all too afraid of something that hasn't properly evolved to be a genuine threat, and with the help of so called future thinkers and the news, they have really overblown AI's progress. You all have at least a couple decades before anything is truly manifesting itself, if truly ever on the general intelligence front.
These same actors laugh and mock blue collar workers (who strike for real reasons) and now want sympathy???? I fully support AI taking every one of their jobs.
@@circesoul2218 Hollyweird is in trouble either way, as China has built huge sound stages for filming movies at cheaper costs. The fact is the Hollywood golden age is almost over, and indeed their chickens will come home to roost, perhaps they'll learn to code.
