"NIAGARA FALLS, slowly I turned, step by step, inch by inch." One of my all-time favorite 3 Stooges skits. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Niagara Falls way back in 1987. Beautiful place, this brings back memories. Thanks for posting this video.
I just drove up to NIagra Falls from New York City, about 12 hours. So peaceful & calming to see the falls. It's different depending on what time of year you go - the handywork of God.
God is good! He has given us such a beautiful world.. some would lead us to believe that it is a sick polluted mess.. but this video proves to us that its just fine. Beautiful Troy! Thanks for sharing!
love it there only been on the ny side once guess i wont again till iget a passport troy you should check out horeshoe falls and clifton hill in canada its really nice
fun fact 2 of the falls are wholly on the US side and one ( Horseshoe ) is on the border and split not one is fully on the Canadian side ( reason why Canada get's a better view )
I'm Jamaican n I am in Canada right. I travelled as a minor on the plane from Jamaica to Canada. Im 14, 15 next month n I want to walk across the border with my brother (I have US visa) to explore the NY side. Is this a problem? Would I be prevented from crossing if I said that? What would be the requirements for me. The thing is, I was listed under the name of the owner of the house but I want to go with my brother only. Would I need a letter from my parents or could I cross with my bro?
Jordan Reynolds yes. if you have an American visa you can cross over to canada. If you are a legal canadian resident you can visit for less than 90 days.
They should dam that all up, funnel the water into a pipe and make electrical power with it. Then let all the gang members put grafiti all over the pipe. THAT would be really cool....You know Troy, if you could tap into just a small portion of that power you.d have enough power to heat electrically in the winter, and no shortage of water!

@@sudangaines9569...you are right, Canada does have the best overall view...but on the American side you are above the falls, below the falls , touching, feeling, walking in the falls...something you don't get looking across the Niagara River. Tom Stamos I totally agree with you...either you want to do or view. ..American side is close up and personal...
Yous should have come over to Canada if you really wan,t to see the Falls, The Horseshoe on Our Side is much more Impressive, and you were only 15 miles east of 1 of your most devoted followers! LOL I would have met You If I knew you were coming. But I Know ya can,t post it because of all the trolls and Haters!!

When GOD created the Earth the falls were at the mouth of the St. Lawrence River, then about 4500 years ago there was a flood. When the flood water receded, and all that water went over the falls, within 12 minutes the falls eroded the river back to the current location of the falls!

Do you have an idea about why the birds were doing that?
:)
No idea. Strange but cool to watch

I would have met up with you had I known you were in that area.
Thanks for sharing this with us Troy. Just think of the hydro power that could be harnessed from such a huge waterfall.
Nice video
Thanks.
I been there
I’m at Niagara Falls right now xD in a hotel
Cool. Enjoy your time there.
Why are the birds flying like that?
Fun fact - The falls moves backwards about a foot each year due to erosion
So sorry you haven't been on the Canadian side. Their part of the falls is a lot more impressive, and you can even go under the falls.
I have been there many years ago. I think both are amazing.

I am sorry but I cannot answer those questions. I know that if you have a visa that is half the battle already.

That would require a 300 mile electrical extension!!!

If you get the chance, cross over to Canadas side, its more beautiful.
I have been there many years ago. I have also heard that both sides are "more beautiful"
Get in the middle then. Haha

Yet when people think of new york the first thing that pops up is the empire state building.
I know yet it is beautiful up north
The shots from below the falls looks like you are standing in the path of a giant tsunami.
It was pretty cool
