Red runners are what crickets wish they were. The Gigachads of the insect feeder world if you will. Most do not know this. But in this video I go over everything you need to know to be successful with keeping and breeding red runners. I use these to feed to my crested geckos with amazing feeding responses. I could not recommend them more!

Is using egg crates that remain after eggs sanitary enough? Chicken eggs can be a potential source of salmonella, so using utilised egg crates can potentially infest feeder insects with something you don't want to be passed on to your pet.
