      I'm about to get back to Evendim actually. I'm in the North Downs as I post this.

      The music was amazing. The art-direction wonderful at times.
      The grind was not. I'd rather have my life back.

    Most beautiful song of lotro. It was before ten years and three brain strokes.

      havesomedeathsticks Yea, but I have my premium account. That's all I've got. Probably gonna roll a burglar. Is it any good nowadays (PvE)?

      PVE is good on many servers. The top US servers at this point are Arkenstone and Brandywine. While I play on Brandywine, I'd probably recommend Arkenstone because the PVE and PVP is better and the community is much more English.
      Game has changed a lot in 7 years, I had the same jump a couple months ago returning from 5 years. I personally think many changes were good, but as a result of so much content being released, there's some glaring imbalances and flaws.

      Brandywine is still quite good but the Russians are running amok :D. Not that it's a bad thing but you'll see a lot of Russians mixed along with some other language that's not English as well.

      don't head to bree, or you'll get disappointed.
      Bree and the prancing pony isn't what it used to be in the olden days...
      the prancing pony is always empty nowadays, even during midsummer's, the rare occurrences of players entering the prancing pony is to do the strider quests.

    I really need to play the game with the background music on again. I can't stand the Shire music, though :)

    • @catwoman1263
      @catwoman1263 5 лет назад +4

      Really? I love the Shire music. The fiddle and flute you hear in the day time always makes me think that just over the hill, there is a hobbit sitting by his front door playing his instrument. I can't see him, but I can hear him. :)
