I used to always prefer these over the peri peri livers but sadly they have discontinued this meal & now we have to opt to preparing it at home.
Everyone has a different way of cooking when it comes to Giblets, so you may follow my methods below or simply cook it however you prefer until they are soft.
𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐁𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞: eatmeerecipes....
Nandos Peri Peri Giblets Ingredients:
◆500 grams chicken giblets
◆250 grams Nandos Peri Peri sauce
◆1 ¼ teaspoon salt
◆2 tablespoons white vinegar
◆1 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste
◆2 ½ cups water
◆2 tablespoons olive oil
◆½ onion
◆2 tablespoons butter or margarine
◆1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
◆1 teaspoon garlic powder
◆2 tablespoons chili powder
◆1 teaspoon chicken spice
◆1 teaspoon red chili flakes
◆250ml fresh cream
◆fresh parsley or coriander for garnishing

I tried this today. Pressure cooked the giblets for 15 minutes and used the saute feature on the pressure cooker to cook it all the way through. I used a different brand of peri peri sauce (not a fan of Nandos) and coconut cream instead of dairy. It came out amazing. Thanks for this.
Oh perfect! Some don't have pressure cookers so that's why I did this on the stovetop, but thanks for this, atleast those who do have a pressure cooker can follow your method 👌 the coconut cream sounds delicious, I'm going to try this next time 😁
