Un extra terrestre !!! J'en arrive à préférer écouter Xavier, sur "Hauptwerk", plutôt que des organistes très connus, jouant à des tribunes prestigieuses, tellement la performance est remarquable et insolite ... Bravo !
TOUT A FAIT EN ACCORD AVEC VOUS C'EST REMARQUABLE ET DE TOUTE BEAUTÉ DANS TOUS LES SENS DU TERME TOUT Y EST (Phrasé parfait et doigté extrêmement précis c'est raffiné et la registration est toujours parfaite et d'un excellent équilibre) et quelle modestie et simplicité c'est la réincarnation du grand Maître J S BACH

We are spoilt on You Tube. So many performances to choose from. Thinking I would like to hear BWV 535 I clicked on to it on You Tube. I abandoned several performances and then found this one. Sheer perfection. Thank you for doing full justice to this fine composition.

Merci ! Je ne l'envisage pas dans l'immédiat. Je ne joue que pour le plaisir, et Bach est le compositeur que j'ai le plus de plaisir à interpréter. J'aurais besoin de plusieurs vies avant d'épuiser son répertoire...

I can't really remember the registration settings but if you look at my screen in the video, you can actually see the stops I pulled :)

@@user-sx4zj1jt6t ....I might take issue with you on that. The English language is precise regarding the meaning of words. The person is here asking if the player is capable of playing a particular piece. However you may be right, and the person being careless in the use of language means what you say he does. Actually, I believe you are indeed right. Anyone who is crass enough to make requests instead of being grateful for what the player is kind enough to post and who doesn't even trouble to say 'please' is no doubt thoughtless about the use of language as well.
