So may times we see law enforcers showup and quickly become ignorance enforcers...You education of these lawbreakers of society will have meaning. It may save another such person from the ignorance of law by officials. What made them think they had any jurisdiction on Federal Property. Did their training not notify they have no authority on Federal enclaves like the Post Office, Indian Rservations, and Military installations? Or perhaps, their intellect was insufficient to understand that simple fact . We need smarter cops.
I still think it would be hilarious and lucrative for you to sue that man for $25,000 for violating your right under your first amendment together content and a post office. He covered your camera. He broke the law oh that’s right ation of civil rights by a public servant is criminal Title 18 lawsuits 242 things like official oppression under color of law or deprivation of rights under color of law yeah that’s sadly criminal statute so for a lot of people they settle but if you take them to court and they violate your first amendment, it’s $25,000 and they have to face the criminal charges. Most people get the money and then they forget this, that’s why the police always want to settle for an undisclosed amount. They don’t want to get sued for $25,000 and they don’t want to face criminal charges or have that on the record because when you sue them, they lose qualified immunity and then the criminal charges stick in their record forever.
Why did you allow them to stop you from filming in a public space and follow illegal directives? You never mentioned poster 7. Now they think they have the right to remove anyone filming.

You also seemed to back off, really quickly, at the manager's insistence that you stop filming and even permitted that very disrespectful act of his covering your camera with that hat. No mention of poster 7 (although, I could be mistaken, as I mentioned earlier the audio was mostly Is indiscernible to me) or how the manager's stated policies of no filming are directly contradicted by USPS own published policies.

Too Apree is less about drawing a line in the sand and then fighting to the death to protect it than he is about making chill khantent and examining how people behave around others who are not "normal" but do not pose any credible threat. Fighting then and there with the person in question is less important to him than creating an artistic and meaningful work that reaches far more people than that one person.
