Who will do this mod, is gonna replace the piston and a head in few thousands of km... I am not sure if it is worth few euro for new clean air filter.... If You didnot get it why.. try to think of all the small dust particles that acts like a sand paper....,

Very bad idea. Every small particle will be sucked into the mix air/fuel. Don't play with your bike if you don't understand how it works.
