Thank you for this video. Your hair looks great. I am on the same journey and currently on phase two which has been the longest. I have been cutting throughout the beginning of phase two after experiencing damage.
So my hair is healthier now and I am relearning and definitely going for health and length.

Hey Yolz thanks for this video because I have a love-hate relationship with my hair. For someone that's had natural hair for 21years straight,I'm really struggling but also I'm not keen on relaxing nor cutting it(complex right) hence I end up not giving my head a proper break to just breathe and find myself constantly braiding it or getting cornrow(sigh) buuut I'm always willing to try again(to care for it better).🥺

Can I use sunflower oil?
No my love. Most of the ones in store are highly refined. Rather use cold pressed light oils (grapeseed, sweet almond, avocado oil etc). That will penetrate the hair shaft and actually nourish it.
