This mod is one of my favorites as well, but I think it would benefit from one more pass. It's several years old now, so I doubt the original author would ever return to it, but there are so many things about it that are just a shade away from true greatness. Maybe those are the truly difficult and labor-intensive things, like making the town feel alive with people doing more than just working, by filling up the tavern, by having travelers stop by to trade, stuff like that. Maybe I should finally play around with these ideas and see if I can make some simple modifications.
Hello, there! I've got this one! I built it using console commands for getting the items! You'll need a lot of resources to built it and you might not have that much time or pacience but it is worth the trouble!

I wouldn't be too concerned. This was actually the mod that inspired me to switch from Xbox to PC, and I've been playing it now for a couple of years with zero issues. It really is a fantastic mod!
Sure thing! It's from Team TAL's Bloodborne pack. I don't think it is on Nexus, though. I had to Google search for it after watching one of Modswell's videos. Love that channel!
When entering the construction area, there are two different workbenches. There is the one on the short wall all the way in the back, and there is another workbench that shares a wall with the anvil. Go to the workbench that has its own wall. That is where you make the construction orders. It will require ingredients to make the construction orders. When you have all of the required materials, it will let you gain the construction orders in the misc. section of your inventory. When they're in your inventory, take it to the workbench that shares a wall with the anvil, and activate the option for the construction orders you just made, and it will instantly build that building. Some buildings also have prerequisites to build. For example, I like that property before the farm, but before I can build the farm, I have to build a fence around the property before the farm becomes an option I can make construction orders for. I hope this helps!
What grass and tree mods, and building retexture mods are you using? My Felburg looks nothing like yours. Yours looks lifted straight from the Witcher 3's Blood and Wine expansion, and I thought those were the textures the author used, but they are not, m Felburg is dull, boring and feels like a waste of time, I need it to look like YOURS.
For a base, I use Skyrim Flora Overhaul. I also use Blubbos Trees for Riften and Whiterun, and I use Aspens Ablaze. For other textures, I use Skyland AIO. Hope you like that combo and makes your Fellburg more enjoyable!

It had a player home within the settlement.
This Mod is outdated and cuases so many crashes further on in the game. Did the Mod author come back and update it because he has been gone for five years. This was my favorite mod but could not continue every replay i did because of the CTC and breaking the game.
Oh yikes! I haven't had any issues with crashing. The only issue I have is slowed frame rate in the garden area, but I still like having all of the other features more than the frame rate bothers me.
It's one of my favourite house mods too, but unfortunately, I think the author either quit Skyrim or isn't interested in updating his work anymore. The other 3 issues that I found are ground texture glitches near the castle, the alchemist selling smithing items, and the Khajiit NPC was left without a schedule, which is minor, but still annoying lol. I've downloaded LC Citadel instead and I'm loving that house.
@@RealCobaltCloud Yes. It's a pretty complicated mod. This mod was the one I wanted to play so badly that it got me to switch and learn how to mod on PC.

Sorry about not replying to your comment until now. RUclips Studio only shows new comments, and it's harder to track replies. Weirdly enough, yours got sorted into the "held for review" section, which makes no sense. Long story short (too late), use the Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions mod to cast the "Bless This Home" spell. It should work. If not, maybe finish up building the rest of it and try again.
@@ALPHA_BEAST117 I'm a little confused. There is an immersive and adult collection version of LC_BuildYourNobleHouse? Here are a couple of things to try to fix that. First, I just want to make sure you are entering it as player.additem (space) the code (space) and then add the quantity of the items you need and enter. Second, sometimes the codes may differ slightly depending on where Hearthfire loads in your game. Like mine, for example, loads third, but if it loads differently in your game, it could affect the code on ingredients that Hearthfire added. Firewood and gold are non-dlc items, so it would make sense that this would be the issue, if you are entering the codes correctly. It may be that Hearthfire is lower on your list due to another mod loading before it. I actually constructed the home for the tour with console commands on the list in the video, so you could make another profile on Vortex or your mod manager and try the commands with just this mod installed and see if it works.
@@SkyrimPlus found a easier way, get all of then items (only 1 needed) then open console then over over the item (drop the item you need) and click on it it'll tell you the ID
Unfortunately, not. PS4 and PS5 have limited mods because Sony doesn't allow mods that use external assets. It really limits the capability of modding.
Does a mod like this work with the LUX lighting mod? LUX LIGHTING ruclips.net/video/EzXAxXXLd_U/видео.html I ask because I like this mod but the lighting is awful and far too bright. Candles are just sitting there without the drama, mood of a proper light source. There is no ambient drama, depth, shadows. Its very flat. I also noticed no external lighting. What does this place look like at night? I do not see outside lanterns. In the companions room there are no candles. Bad lighting is a major deal breaker for me. Can this mod be darkened and other light sources added? Thank you so much for considering my query and I thank you for your channel as well. Much appreciated.
If there is a patch for Lux and this mod, I haven't found it. I believe this mod was developed before Lux (I use Lux too, and it was showcased with Lux), so the mod author didn't have that in mind. For it's shortfalls in lighting, it still has many valuable features that you may find useful! If you want a mod that has more dramatic lighting, check out my video on Moddor's Manor. That may be more to your liking. Thanks for viewing!

Then after about 80 videos, I realized I should include translations, too, just in case of an international viewer. Suggestions = positive change. Appreciate the sub!
I haven't experienced too many bugs with this one. Only 2. One was that the alchemist sold blacksmith equipment. A mod was made that corrects that and sells ingredients and potions now. And the other was sometimes when I would make the work order and go to execute, if I tried to do too many orders too quickly, it would become non-responsive, but when you save and reboot your game, it works the next try, so I still think it's a worthy mod. It certainly is unique, and it will always be the mod that made me leave the Xbox for PC.

There is another that was a vampire settlement that you reached through a portal in Whiterun, but I can't think of the name offhand.
How do you change banners?
Banners are in the optional files of the mod page.
Still not on Xbox?
Unfortunately, no. :(
@ I guess it would be difficult to port it to console.
@@RealCobaltCloud Yes. It's a pretty complicated mod. This mod was the one I wanted to play so badly that it got me to switch and learn how to mod on PC.
does this mod have stables? cause i cant fast travel
Yes! When you build the blacksmith building, it's attached to that, to the left of the home and area where you build everything!
@@SkyrimPlus hey thanks i got another question. do you need to talk to the courier to get the house deed cause it wont let me adopt any kids cause it shows it as not my house but i only got the castle part really done
Code list not working
Which items on the list aren't working?
all of the exept wood and gold
I have the immersive and adult collection installed tho idk if that makes a change
Port to console please 🥺
Unfortunately, permissions are closed. This was the exact mod that caused me to buy a PC and learn how to mod. I wanted it that badly. lol
Its on ps4/ps5?
Unfortunately, not. PS4 and PS5 have limited mods because Sony doesn't allow mods that use external assets. It really limits the capability of modding.
They need to hurry up and put it on xbox been waiting 4 years
With payed creations seems like a win win I wouldn't mind paying 1000 to 2000 credits for it instead of a 2k pc
@lostinreality3145 That's a good point! But unfortunately, LC has been inactive for years. I love his mods, though! They'd make a killing on Xbox!
Does a mod like this work with the LUX lighting mod? LUX LIGHTING
ruclips.net/video/EzXAxXXLd_U/видео.html
I ask because I like this mod but the lighting is awful and far too bright.
Thank you so much. I am new to Skyrim (played ESO since it began) and lighting is a deal breaker for me. Bad lighting really ruins immersion. Well, I shall hope that someone will overhaul this Mod someday. Thank you! I will check out Modors.@@SkyrimPlus
Awesome when I googled mods specifically for xbox, yours pops up. Very anticlimactic and frustrating.
I do showcase mods for xbox, too, sometimes. Would you like it if I made a playlist on my channel page for mods I feature that are included on Xbox?
Here is a playlist of Xbox mods available to view on my channel. There may be more that are Xbox-compatible on my channel, too. I just used the search feature on my channel to search for Xbox in the title, but I haven't looked carefully, so there may be more, considering I usually list the availability on each console in the description. But it's a start! If you think you see one that you recognize on Bethnet that isn't on the playlist, chances are it shows its availability in the description. I'll add any future Xbox mods that I cover in this playlist, too.
Hope this helps!

Bro, that's super awesome of you to reach out. I'm sorry I came off like a jerk , I have spent almost a week now since the new update trying to get some good mods working so I can actually play. When I saw yours I was stoked . Then frustrated cause I couldn't play it. I'll absolutely check that out. Tyvm. Earned a sub for this :)
@SculKing Thanks! No worries. I'm human and get frustrated, too! After about my first 30 or 40 videos, I realized I needed to start checking all platforms and posting links. Then after about 80 videos, I realized I should include translations, too, just in case of an international viewer. Suggestions = positive change. Appreciate the sub!
all these LC mods have alot of bugs , makes me have to pass
I haven't experienced too many bugs with this one. Only 2. One was that the alchemist sold blacksmith equipment. A mod was made that corrects that and sells ingredients and potions now. And the other was sometimes when I would make the work order and go to execute, if I tried to do too many orders too quickly, it would become non-responsive, but when you save and reboot your game, it works the next try, so I still think it's a worthy mod. It certainly is unique, and it will always be the mod that made me leave the Xbox for PC.
