It's an excellent question. I think if I was you, I would go through their privacy policy. They don't encrypt their data, but they do have a secure connection. Personally I would feel safe about saving passwords in their platform, phone numbers etc. - But that's my opinion.
I think it really depends on your needs. Agiled is a great project management software, but not much more than that. Funny enough, then SuperOkay is more agile with more functionality and an easier way of including your client in their own project.
If you want to try out SuperOkay, I would really appreciate it if you could use my affiliate link: appsumo.8odi.net/VydRY6
This. Looks. Fantastic. Thank you for the walkthrough.
Thank you for the kind words. And thank you 🙌
The video was really useful mate. Thanks
Glad to hear it! Have an awesome day!
Thanks for your review Philip. How about using it for internal projects without any client? Does it make sense?
You are so welcome. Yes, you can easily use SuperOkay for internal use as well. It will work very well. :-)
Do you happen to know how secure it is, like safe enough for sensitive information?
It's an excellent question. I think if I was you, I would go through their privacy policy. They don't encrypt their data, but they do have a secure connection. Personally I would feel safe about saving passwords in their platform, phone numbers etc. - But that's my opinion.
hi, will the collaborators see other projects? or only for that particular project? can we give them roles and limitation?
Thank you for your comment, yes you can give them roles and manage what they can see and what they can't see.
how do you compare superokay with Agiled?
I think it really depends on your needs. Agiled is a great project management software, but not much more than that. Funny enough, then SuperOkay is more agile with more functionality and an easier way of including your client in their own project.
Are you saying there is an extra cost of $30 or $60 a month?
No, there is no extra cost. Is it possible you can elaborate to what you're referring to? Have a fantastic evening.
I refunded it… As I was setting it up it emailed my clients over and over with every step, causing huge embarrassment
That's horrible, not a good experience!
русский
Not at all, what makes you think that? :-)
