    I've watched probably 30 reviews. You do an amazing job. Kudos to you. I appreciate how you apply the right amount of OCD when being picky about issues.

    Hey David,
    I've been tuning into your LTD reviews for about a month now, and I just have to say, I'm really blown away by how thoroughly you dive into each LTD. Seriously, hats off to you for that! Out of all the reviewers out there, I genuinely think you're the best. I really appreciate that you take your time and don't just skim over the details.
    Anyway, I wanted to suggest something. How about doing a comparison between Super OK and Fusebase (which is presented as client portal as well)? I think that would be super important and really valuable for us viewers.
    Once again, congrats on the fantastic work you're doing!

      Hey @unityenergeticsinstitute-7778! Thanks so much for the kind words - I really appreciate your support!
      I haven't actually used Fusebase, and it's no longer available on AppSumo. I'm guessing you might already have Fusebase and are trying to decide if SuperOkay would be a good addition or replacement?
      My suggestion would be to watch the SuperOkay review carefully and determine if it would offer a significant improvement or boost to your profitability compared to what you're currently using. If Fusebase is already working well for you, it might be best to stick with it.
      Thanks again for tuning in, and let me know if you have any specific questions about SuperOkay!

    I purchased the original deal which I wish I would have kept now. Unlimited storage. Glad to see it back. I purchased the new deal tier 4 because the storage was a big jump from tier 3 to 4.

    I don't know if I'm the only one who does this or not but, when testing a client part of any services I use, I have a special fake client I use all the time. Bob Belcher (From the show Bobs Burgers) and use his face for the profile image. Not sure why I always use that but just a fun fact. 😅

    • @dave-swift
      @dave-swift  2 месяца назад +1

      Haha, I will have to steal this concept but I'm not sure who to choose as my fake client... so many options.

  • @toolbelt

    I rather like this solution. Looks clean and addresses a definite need. Currently, I point clients to a Whimsical team page which works pretty well but if I had this, I could see embedding my Whimsical diagrams into it, as well as including pages and other things. I really like being able to upsell the client with use cases and services/products when they are logged in to their portal.

    • @dave-swift
      @dave-swift  2 месяца назад

      I agree! The upsell options are great. I like this solution as well and I'm thinking about how I'd integrate it. I appreciate your ideas. 👍

    Hey dave, if i got suite dash, is super ok really that necessary? I think suite dash can do the same and even more. Isnt it?

    • @wnh79
      @wnh79 2 месяца назад +1

      I'm trying to decide between the two. I'm leaning towards suitedash having done some research.

    • @dave-swift
      @dave-swift  2 месяца назад +2

      Boy, they couldn't be more different in the approach, but you're correct that SuiteDash also has a client portal.
      For me, I like uni-tasking tools. That way, I can more easily switch between different components as needed/desired and focus/context switching is easier.
      Other people might prefer to have everything in one place, SuiteDash is definitely going after those people! I encourage you to watch some of their training... particularly this playlist to see if you like their approach: ruclips.net/video/wnSEJ7GrOqc/видео.html&pp=iAQB

      Because of what I said above about preferring tools that don't do too much at a time, I'd choose SuperOkay

    @dave-swift, thank you for another great review.
    You've been through it... May I ask a question?
    In my use case, the portal serves mostly as a destination into which clients can upload documents (images or pdf).
    I'd like to have 4 templates, and each would have a slightly different list of documents to be uploaded.
    Is there a way to present such a list to the client? If so, would the app know when a particular document was uploaded (and check it off as "done")?
    Thank you again for all your work. I am now trained to use only your links!

    • @dave-swift

      Hey jvalenti370!
      Thanks for the comment. You can always ask questions!
      You can create tasks, which I mentioned in my video but didn't get detailed with. I think the tasks are what you're looking. Here is the help doc: help.superokay.com/en/articles/6235202-how-to-use-tasks
      Does this sound like it would do what you want?

      why to use SuperOkay if we have Notion?

    • @dave-swift
      @dave-swift  2 месяца назад

      If you're happy with Notion as a portal, then you don't need another portal.
      You could probably recreate many of the features in SuperOkay in Notion, but you'd have to be patient enough to create it and organize it and then diligent enough to implement it.

    We need real integrations not embeds. This means our coda or notion is made public, big no no. Why would you password protect a portal and have all your apps public?

    • @dave-swift
      @dave-swift  2 месяца назад +1

      Interesting take, but personally I am fine with embeds. For privacy you’d use links not embeds.

      Just the templates... and even then, it's the hero background images and color choices. Not sure why they don't spend more time there. Otherwise the interface is fine.
