Very pretty! Very instructive and inspiring 😊
Thank you! 😊
Hi Kelli, I just found your channel, thanks to Empty Easel. I painted the Bird in Bamboo yesterday, and it's my favorite thing I've done in months! I didn't have the Chinese brush supplies so I just did it watercolor on watercolor paper. Thank you so much! So glad I found your channel. Love your simple but beautiful and calming style :)
Thank you for your very kind words. I am so happy you enjoyed painting the bird and bamboo! I often use the techniques of Chinese Brush in my regular watercolor paintings. It's a fun way to mix things up. I'll be sharing more videos on this theme soon. Best, Kelli
Gorgeous artwork!! ❤️❤️❤️
i always found watercolors to be intimidating, since it’s not such a forgiving medium for mistakes, so I mostly stuck to acrylics in art class. But I’ve been learning to embrace mistakes and just have fun while painting, so it might be time to give watercolors another chance :^) your work is very inspiring!! 💕💕💕
Thank you so much 😀
Pure enjoyment 😉
Glad you enjoyed it
Me encanta tu tecnica y trabajo, muchos saludos desde Mexico. Felicidades
I just found your paintings and you are wonderful.
Are these Chinese brushes or the regular ones?
This was wonderful! I am going to give it a try :)
These are regular watercolor brushes. Thanks for watching!
